    • Possibly missing parts, misleading advertising
The item was defective and stripped the port where the screw was meant to go in. Now I have a way bigger issue than I started out with. I have to buy a new part that this part destroyed and pay for labor to install it. Even though their defective item destroyed my scooter, they will not cover the cost of this part or the labor. I got a 5 dollar credit. Haha. It's important to note that I had followed directions and confirmed that the part was meant for my scooter upon purchase. In a big box before purchase, it said "this item will fit your bike" or something similar. Don't do it. ... show more
