The media could not be loaded. I am sooooo very happy with this purchase. The chairs are versatile and comfortable. The color of the fabric is true to what is advertised. I did not have a problem putting it together and everything fits perfectly under my new gazebo. The instructions were easy to follow and I had no problems putting it together at all. However, here are some pointers that the average layperson like myself may find helpful: First, I Scotchguarded my fabric to help it to last longer. One reviewer stated that there are extra pillows. I believe that what they were referring to were smaller pillows that were meant to be used at the arms of the seats. They fit there perfectly! The instructions do not tell you that there is a wire to the firepit assembly that will need to be connected. It’s for the ignition. Connect that wire to the only other wire you will see hanging. They go together. We used a 20lb tank. This fits perfectly in the drawer assembly. Also make sure you install the firepit tank drawer assembly right side up. The holes go on the bottom so that you can put the caster (wheel) on it to roll. You can install it upside down (like I did initially) and it will work just fine and cause no problems. But if you want to use the wheel for it to roll open and closed, make sure it’s turned the right way – with the holes on the bottom. I love love love the firepit cover. It’s very sturdy. The best part of this whole experience for me was the customer service. I haven’t met more accommodating folks who go out of their way to provide a positive experience for their customer than this company. This review is unsolicited, but I just want potential buyers to know that if you decide to purchase this product, in my opinion, you will not be disappointed. When I am ready to purchase again, anything related to what they offer, I will definitely come back to them. ... show more

The seller contacted me and sent the missing part quickly! I changed my rating to 5 stars due to the awesome customer service! Thanks! I think the furniture looks great! That being said it is very time consuming to assemble and I am missing the door on the table to cover the fuel tank.

    • We’re so glad we chose this set!!!!!
First of all, the patio set arrived several days ahead of schedule. The fire pit, a few days later. Secondly, it was insanely well packed! Next is the assembly…It took me about a day+ to put everything together. That’s including my moving very slowly due to foot surgery the week prior. Here’s a tip for assembly; use a 1/4” drive, 10mm socket and/or a 10mm ratcheting wrench when tightening the bolts. Either will work equally well. Next is the fact that there are extra parts supplied in each hardware packet, and each hardware packet is labeled for each section of furniture. Each piece of furniture is rock-solid, and the adjustable feet on each corner of each section are wonderful, as our pool/spa patio is rather large and has continuous deck drains. The feet can be adjusted to accommodate for the gentle sloping of the concrete towards those drains. Comfort… I’m a big guy…6’2”, 240 lbs. I was concerned that, since I couldn’t first sit an a sample section of this set, that it wouldn’t be what I really felt comfortable on. I was very, very happy to find it extremely comfortable! And with the 8” wide arm sections, they’re wide enough to accommodate a plate and a big, cold drink. The cushions are plenty soft, yet just firm enough. Although there is a not a cover for the furniture provided with this set, we opted to purchase one. It may only get used from time to time, but it’s nice to have on hand. Finally, the fire pit/table. It is very, very nice. Once again, the assembly was simple and straight forward. The glass wind guard is a great addition and the table height is perfect for dining. The set we purchased was the 13 piece in navy blue. All we need to add now is some accent throw pillows and some blue glass to the fire pit. I highly recommend this patio set to anyone that’s looking for a comfortable, attractive and fair-priced addition to their home! P.S. Although the cushion covers are “water repellent”, I opted to use StarBrite’s Water-based Waterproofing on the covers. I applied it using a 1 gal. pump sprayer. They are now completely waterproof. We recently purchased this 15 piece set and it fits our space perfectly! It’s good quality for the price! The only downside is that the backs of the chairs are low, and my husband and I are tall people. So, we just have to adjust and lift the back pillows up a bit for more support and comfort while we’re sitting. All in all, we are very happy with our purchase! ... show more
