I can’t believe I spent a thousand dollars and the gas fire pit doesn’t even work. Husband spent forever on hold and trying to talk to customer service. Originally they said they would send new one. Now, an email said they are sending part…. But still no part! If it ever comes and it actually works, I’ll happily change my review. But, until then, people… buy it at Home Depot where you can actually return it. How in the world do you return to Amazon after it is all assembled? What a huge disappointment.

Easy to build with pretty good instructions. Fire tabel/)pit is pretty solid and nice to have. The complaint I have and the reason for the three star review is the swivel chairs and couch are pretty light in weight. Careful when using the swivel/ rocking chair, because like I said their pretty lite and I have had people flip them over when rocking in them. Plus the construction of this set, like I said is very lite and not very confident in its durability. So if you have young kids up to and through teenagers, I recommend and heavier more durable set. Fortunately it's just me and the wife now, so no problem till the grandkids come and visit

So far 5 stars! Only been a week. But the whole set was put together by one person with a daytime job, in about 2 days. Arrived in about 3 phases, with the first boxes arriving 3 days early. The steel and construction seems to be sturdy. The cushions are pretty firm and comfortable for a 5'11, 200# guy. I haven't had company yet. The swivel chairs are awesome! Absolutely awesome. I love the dark color I chose, and I plan to bring in colors with my throw pillows. Fits as I measured in advance, on my back deck (20x30). Haven't used the fire pit yet, but it looks beautiful. Its been raining so I took cushions off, so no pictures yet! Overall I'm happy.

Perfect patio set but even better customer service!! I’ve had my set for just over a year and we use it often. It has extended our living space. Recently the base on one of our swivel chairs broke. Must have been a faulty weld. I contacted the seller even though we were just outside of the warranty. They were super responsive and agreed to send a replacement part right away. When the process got a little complicated to get that single part they went above and beyond and sent a whole new set of not one but 2 chairs!!!

The media could not be loaded. The main parts of the set ,I have no issues with. I do like the the cushions velcro to the set. My issue is that I received some of the order on the 7th and the stools came on the 11th after I messaged. It showed on the 7th that all was delivered. When I got the stools, one is wobbly. The cushions have been on for hours and still pretty thin and smashed. I didn't have that issue with the cushions for the rest of the set. The set is comfortable to sit on. If you need to get a spot off clean the entire cover or it may leave water spots. That may be because I have hard water. I deducted a star for the wobbly foot rest and the cushions that came on them. The rest of the set it is fine. I also didn't get the update through Amazon the the stools arrived because it had previously showed that the entire set was delivered. Even when I checked for orders this morning, it did not show that it was arriving today due to the previous delivered status.
