So many different configurations to this set that it was hard to decide which one we wanted to build! We ended up customizing it to fit under our 11x13 gazebo and made one giant sectional and “made” a single chair with the arm rests with the extra pieces we had left over! Now there are so many areas to lounge on which is why we purchased it in the first place. It compliments our deck beautifully. *The boxes arrived on different days which I was unaware of and I contacted the seller for shipping information which they provided. Although it is annoying, they ALL arrived (9 boxes) within 3 days. The firepit is lovely and the glass around it just added to the pit. I can’t wait to entertain this summer. *Weve since added toss pillows for extra lounging (and decor) and comfort/arm support as this was our own modified configuration. Definitely worth the money as we’ve owned sets that cost a lot more and weren’t able to sit half of what this set sits! ... show more

We're so happy with this purchase! We've been working on a major backyard makeover. Between this and the fake grass we just bought on Amazon we're now in the backyard all the time. For Easter we had a social distanced family hang out and were able to create three different two seater sections. Super light and easy to move around. I got some outdoor pillows from TJMaxx and Costco that makes it looks super nice. Can't beat the price! The assembly took a little bit to do but me and my husband each had a drill which made it go pretty fast since we each worked on separate pieces at the same time. Just put together our new Gotland 8 piece patio set. It was packaged very well, no damaged parts and all the nuts, bolts, accessories were included. I also received a fire pit (have not put that one together yet). NOTE: The furniture boxes say 7 piece set (received 6 boxes total-3 fire pit, 3 furniture). I paid for an 8 piece set; however, I did get 7 pieces of furniture and the 1 fire pit so all is good. The patio furniture looks to be sturdy. The bottom cushions are a little more comfortable than the back cushions. I would have liked a little taller back rest, but I think with a few extra cushions, it should be fine. The furniture was easy to put together. They are not heavy either so easy to move around. Overall, I would recommend this set. I shopped around quite a bit and for this 8 piece set, $1600.00 (just under with shipping) is a good bargain. It's not cheap and it's not top of the line. I don’t have a single regret with this purchase. It looks so good on our deck and it assembled easily. The customer service from the seller is the best customer service I think I’ve ever received. FedEx lost one of the boxes (showed that they delivered it on their website when in actuality, they never even came to my house on the day they said it was delivered) and the seller immediately sent a replacement box. They also sent me sofa covers for free to compensate for the lost box, even though it wasn’t their fault!!! We love this patio sectional! ... show more

This set is perfect on my patio! The set is constructed of sturdy, weatherproof wicker. The detailed instructions made It easy to assemble. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I was concerned when on the Amazon order page, it showed that it had been delivered. I reached out to the seller to let them know that I had not received all the pieces. Within 24 hours, the seller responded and informed me that the remaining 3 boxes were being delivered the next day. Obviously, an Amazon issue. There was a damaged piece. Once again, I reached out to the seller. Again, within 24 hours, the seller responded that a new piece had been shipped. I gave the comfort a 4 star because of the back pillow. It is soft and not supportive. Fortunately, the cover fits perfectly over a standard sized bed pillow. I remedied the product by purchasing some inexpensive, extra firm, pillows. ... show more

It was easy to set it up, and took us an hour to put everything together. Once it was done, we were in awe. The table had a small dent, and we contacted the customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement within a day and we were super pleased with them. I would definitely recommend the patio furniture set. My only issue with assembling is the tool that was provided with it, it was crazy using it, so i resorted to using a electric screwdriver drill and that made a huge difference. ... show more
