Pros: These pans have a great non-stick surface, very little oil/butter is necessary when cooking with these. The pans heat evenly so food will cook equally on all surfaces of the pan. The pans wash up nicely with minimal effort. Cons: These pans have all metal handles. This is not an issue with the sauce pans or the frying pans, but the large pasta pot has 2 tiny, thin metal handles that do heat up when using this pot. Use with caution. The lids have a nice feature, they have a condensation trip around the inside rim of the lid, so when you lift the lid off while cooking you don't have to worry about splatter. The downside to this is that water gets trapped in this ring while you are washing the pans, making them difficult to dry. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting. I would strongly recommend NOT using metal utensils with these pans, no matter how they are advertised. It is possible that an upgraded set can handle metal utensils, but this set is not diamond coated. These pans arrived in a timely manner. However, one pan was damaged (minor damage, chip in the non-stick coating). I contacted customer service right away via email, and got an immediate response. Gotham Steel promised to ship out a new pan and that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However, after 3 months and no new pan showed up, I had to reach out again via email and got an unsatisfactory response. After escalating my request for a replacement pan, I did finally receive one. These are a very nice set of pans for a very reasonable price.

I've had this set of cookware for over a year now. I spent a lot of time and effort researching what would be best. I wanted non-stick, but something that would really last. I compared with many other brands including the highest end ceramic ware. A year later, they are STILL JUST LIKE NEW! I should share that I do live alone and I take good care of my pots & pans. In doing my initial researched I learned - Not to use spray oils on non-stick pans, the soy in them ruins the finish - Not to use metal utensils or cleaning scrubs, to avoid chipping & scratching - Let the pots/pans cool down before putting in the sink to soak or wash I've been following these instructions and they really do keep everything perfect. PLUS, I did have a stain form on the outside bottom of one of the pans that I couldn't get out with my regular scratchy sponge, so I took a risk and very lightly used an s.o.s pad on it, and the stain came off but not the copper finish! I was relieved surprised and delighted. I wouldn't use such a hard abrasive normally, but for a tough stain and being conscious of using it very delicately, it worked. Last, the copper color on the outside is absolutely beautiful. I love, love, love this cookware!

The media could not be loaded. So I love these pots and pans. They are very nonstick. Food slides right off of them. They are very lightweight, which I was not expecting. I didn’t realize they were a pretty sparkly white, I thought they were just like a flat white/cream color. Wasn’t the aesthetic I was going for, but I still like them enough. The only issue i have with them is that they came chipped in various places. I’m concerned about the long term effects of using them while they’re chipped. They say nontoxic, but does that mean it’s safe if they’re chipped? I cook a lot, so I’m disappointed at the quality. I still kept them because I had thrown out the packaging. I should also note, the knives aren’t that sharp. They were sharp at first, but I have to sharpen them almost when time I use them. Would I buy these again? No. Will they do for now? Yes. I don’t think I’ll be getting any long term use from these.

I am terribly disappointed in this set. I paid good money and they are definitely not worth it. The bottoms of the pans get terribly discolored from the gas stove and it does not come off. It said you can use a mixer to mash potatoes and the first time I used it. It scratched up the pot and now I can’t use it. After using one time, food starts to stick on the bottom of the pan. I am hoping after this review, they will reimburse my money but buyer beware
