This is the best cookware I have ever bought. We have used the big pan every day for 4 months. It still looks like it just came out of the box. It seems every new pan always got pitted, or bumpy, or scratched, or rough. Not this pan! It is still exactly as it was when it was brand new. We are careful not to turn the heat too high. Other than that, we use it the same as we used the other brands. Seriously considering buying the full set advertised on TV. We would definitely recommend this pan!!! ... show more

UPDATE 10/19/2023 After 1 Month of Use: Dropped my rating from 5 stars to 3 because my large pan from the set has a very noticeable hot spot that cooks 2-3x faster than the rest of the pan and what's worse is it completely lost its nonstick properties, I can't even flip an egg without breaking the yolk. Everything sticks now after only 1 month of use. It's been used once per day to make pork-roll/sausage/eggs etc and twice to cook chicken cutlets in some olive oil with seasonings... I've never used higher than medium heat, mostly medium-low, I hand-washed it after every use so it never went in the dishwasher, it was never used in the oven, never left heated without anything in it, I mean I absolutely baby'd the pan thinking it would keep its non-stick properties longer. Idk if the other pans will suffer the same fate since they haven't been used as much yet but I'll be back to lower my review if those start failing as well and with feedback on how my warranty experience goes. Ordered the 5 piece kitchen essentials cookware set which arrived today. Took everything out and handwashed with soap and water like the instructions called for. Used the smaller pan with a very small amount of oil to cook some peppers, onions, and garlic which turned out great, nothing stuck and heat seemed even. Used the larger frying pan to cook some pork roll and fried eggs, both turned out great though the pork roll cooked faster than expected so a slightly lower heat is needed for these pans :) Gas stove top FYI. Both pans cleaned super easy once cooled, wiped what little oil was left out with a paper towel then hand washed again. The only negative I could really mention is that the bottoms of each pan scratched up the first time I used them on my gas stove top, and they scratched up noticeably despite me barely moving the pans at all on the burners except what little they moved while trying to manipulate the food inside with a spatula. I suspect the bottoms of these will be scratched to oblivion in a very short period of time but as long as they keep cooking well I don't really care. ... show more
