  • Gosvor LiteVac G1 Pool Vacuum Review: Efficient Navigation and Great Battery Life
I have been testing out the Gosvor LiteVac G1 Pool Vacuum, and it feels like a really solid addition to our pool maintenance. The setup is straightforward, and the 15.2-pound weight makes it very easy to handle when lowering it into the water or pulling it back out. It navigates the pool floor smoothly in my initial tests, though it is not yet pool season, so the real test is yet to come. The double filtration system seems effective at trapping both fine debris and larger leaves, leaving the water visibly clearer. The battery life is another high point, providing plenty of runtime to cover a large pool surface thoroughly on a single charge. The smart navigation and app integration seem well designed on initial testing, allowing you to monitor the cleaning progress and manage settings without much hassle. For anyone looking to simplify their pool upkeep, I feel like this vacuum offers great value and dependable performance comparable to more expensive models. I plan to extensively use this during the pool season comming up and will update with further findings if nessesary. ... show more

  • Lightweight, cordless, effective, Great value
I have been a pool owner for over 40 years and do all of my maintenance and cleaning. I have owned every type of Pool Cleaner out there. Polaris, Kreepy Krawly, Aquabot, Dolphin, and the newer Chinese brands. They all work, some better than others, but from my experience, they all have a short lifespan if you use them regularly. 4-5 seasons at best, 2 seasons at worst. So, the problem is, the more you pay for a high-end robotic pool cleaner, the sicker you feel when it quits working a week after the warranty runs out. For me personally, another problem with Robotic vacuums is that they tend to get stuck on one of the main drains. The drain covers are dome shaped and if the cleaner drives up on it, it will stay and spin. It can't break free from the dome. So, I bought this Gosvor LiteVac for the following reasons: Price, Cordless, lightweight, dual filters, and 2-year warranty. After using, it still gets stuck on the main drain occasionally, but so far it has happened a lot less than with my other corded cleaners. The cleaning performance is very good, it is easy to use, and I think it is a great value, priced well below comparable corded models. ... show more

  • Dual filtration & light weight are standout features. Battery doesn't last as long on deep end
I've been maintaining several swimming pools for the past 5 years, and have tried over a dozen brands of similar cordless pool robots. This Gosvor is a solid choice in the mid range robots, and I will compare using my other robots as a benchmark. ###Specs: The unit weighs about 15 pounds (dry). It comes with two filter baskets -- a general purpose basket for larger debris (180d μm), and an optional fine basket that fits inside the general basket when you want to pick up things like algae and silt (3μm). Intake port is generously sized at 8.75 inches x 1.25 inches, large enough for whole leaves and even small sticks (measured twice). No cradle or base is required -- just plug into the wall with the included AC adapter. The suction is stated at 3960 GPH. I don't know how to confirm this, but it does seem on par with my other pool robots in the 3,500-4,000 GPH range. ###Performance/Ease of Use/Limitations: Overall, the cleaning performance (suction, wall climbing ability, speed, etc) is on par with my other mid range pool robots. I also found the build quality and overall durability to be on par with most of my other mid range robots. But it does have some standout features. A lot of consumers focus on metrics like runtime and suction, but those things don't matter if the debris leaks back into the water and makes it cloudy. That's why I think the dual filter basket design is a standout feature. It adds a level of effectiveness most pool robots lack. Most robots have a single basket. Some of my higher end robots have a dual basket, but they're the same screen size. This has a general use basket, which I've found is best for most of the time. But if there's algae starting on the walls, or silt buildup on the pool floor, I add the second basket, which simply slides into the first basket. This is an ultra fine filtration level that will catch the fine debris. Another standout feature is the light weight -- only about 15 pounds (dry). My other mid range robots average between 22-25 pounds, and I have a high end robot that weighs 40 pounds. I found the runtime to be slightly less than most of my other mid range pool robots, which is a tradeoff for the light weight. I also found the runtime to vary significantly depending on the task. My pool has a deep end, and I found that even in eco mode and cleaning floors only, it didn't quite last 200 minutes due to the demands of climbing the ramp out of the deep end -- so for my pool the max battery life was around 180 minutes. In all-in-one mode (wall scrubbing, etc), it lasts closer to 2 hours. I will also say that the basket capacity is slightly less than my other mid range pool robots -- so if you have a lot of leaves, it might get full before the cleaning cycle finishes. There was virtually no assembly required, only peel off the stickers and choose your filter basket configuration. App setup is optional -- if you want, you can just select the cleaning mode you want on the onboard controls. However, I did appreciate how easy the app setup was, and the fact that it asked for no personal information during install. I am concerned about privacy with apps, so this was a standout feature for me. ###Value: I think this is a good value for a mid range pool robot, especially for those who want simple setup, light weight, and the advantages of the dual filtration. ... show more

  • Ultra-Light, Smart, and Surprisingly Efficient
I recently got the 2026 Gosvor Pool Vacuum LiteVac G1, and I have to say, it has completely changed how I maintain my pool. First off, the weight is incredible—it’s only 15.2 lbs, so moving it in and out of the pool is effortless. No more struggling with bulky pool vacuums or awkward hoses. Even lifting it out of the water for cleaning is easy, which makes maintenance so much less of a chore. Setup was straightforward, and the app integration is surprisingly intuitive. I was able to control it, schedule cleaning cycles, and monitor its progress all from my phone, which is perfect for someone like me who is always multitasking. The smart navigation really works—it maneuvers around walls, platforms, and the waterline efficiently, picking up leaves, dirt, and debris with minimal intervention. What really stands out is the double filtration system. The vacuum captures both fine particles and larger debris without clogging, and cleaning the filters is simple and quick. The runtime is impressive too—up to 200 minutes on a single charge, which is plenty for my pool that’s around 2,000 sq.ft. It’s thorough enough that I rarely need to follow up with manual cleaning. Another huge plus is its versatility. It does walls, waterlines, and platforms without needing extra attachments, and the ultra-light design doesn’t compromise power or suction. It feels durable, well-built, and like it will last through multiple pool seasons. If you’re tired of traditional pool cleaning methods, this vacuum is a game-changer. Smart, lightweight, efficient, and easy to use—definitely worth the investment for anyone with a medium to large-sized pool. ... show more

  • Effective cleaning, small filter basket.
I went into this expecting a typical mid-range pool robot, but after a few runs it’s clear this one is a step up in a lot of ways. It’s very easy to get going—charge it, drop it in, and it gets right to work without much fuss. I like that it’s cordless, which alone removes a lot of the usual hassle. Cleaning performance is solid overall. It handles the floor well and does a good job climbing walls and hitting the waterline, which is something cheaper units tend to struggle with. The suction is stronger than I expected, and the dual filtration setup really helps with fine debris. After a cycle, the water looks noticeably cleaner, not just “picked up the big stuff” clean. The weight is another big plus. At around 15 pounds, it’s easy to lift out, even when wet. The top-load basket is simple to access, though I do think it could be a bit larger if you’re dealing with a lot of leaves. Battery life is good but not perfect. It can run long enough to cover most pools in one go, but if you want a really thorough clean on a larger pool, you’ll probably be using most of the charge. I also found the navigation to be effective overall, but not always perfectly consistent—sometimes it misses small sections and relies on multiple passes to get everything. The app is a nice addition for changing modes and settings, but it’s limited to use when the unit is out of the water, so don’t expect real-time control while it’s running. Overall, I’d call this a strong 4-star option. It cleans well, is easy to handle, and saves a lot of manual work. It’s not flawless—mainly in basket size and runtime consistency—but for the price and performance, it’s a good value and a noticeable upgrade from basic pool vacuums. ... show more

  • Incredibly well-built vacuum that does an amazing job for us Incredibly well-built vacuum that does an amazing job for us
Unbelievably good, automated vacuum for the pool. First impressions when I opened the box was wow!. I could tell right out of the gate this was going to be a quality product. The item was incredibly well packed, excellent instructions and has all the features. I just opened my pool which is the toughest clean of the year and this vacuum did an outstanding job. It was able to clean the dirt and larger items that have accumulated. The dual suction mechanism did an excellent job. It has a smart app that is easy to use and tracks the jobs battery, etc. It also is smart and learns like a floor vacuum. The battery is excellent as well. My pool cleans thoroughly in about 90 minutes and it was still going. The item is sturdy and durable. It is NOT a cheaply built product. I am honestly so happy with it. I have a wanted to get a nice one for years and this one has blown me away. Pros: Excellent quality, great suction, long battery, durable, even looks great! Cons: Absolutely none! ... show more

  • Built like a tank Built like a tank
I’ve been extremely impressed with this robotic pool vacuum. The startup instructions are clear and easy to follow, and setup took only a few minutes from opening the box to dropping it in the pool. Pairing it with the app on my phone was straightforward, and overall operation is very user friendly. You can control cleaning cycles and settings through the iOS or Android app, which is a nice convenience and means you don’t have to be standing poolside every time. For context, I have a pretty standard rectangular in-ground backyard pool in suburbia, and this vacuum handles it without any trouble at all. The first thing you notice is how solid this vacuum feels. It is genuinely built like a tank. For a cordless, battery-powered cleaner, the construction is impressive and inspires confidence that it will hold up over time. Despite its rugged build, it’s surprisingly lightweight at just over 15 pounds, making it easy to lift in and out of the pool with one hand. Performance so far has been excellent. The smart navigation does a great job covering the entire pool floor and navigating walls without constantly getting stuck in corners. It moves in organized patterns and adapts well to different pool shapes, which results in very even coverage. Suction power is strong, and the dual filtration system really stands out. The standard basket catches larger debris like leaves and dirt, while the fine filter does a great job grabbing sand and smaller particles that usually slip through other cleaners. After a full cycle, the water noticeably looks clearer. Battery life has been pretty close to what’s advertised. On my pool, it completes a full cleaning cycle without issue. That said, we’re still in cooler water temperatures right now, which I assume may impact battery performance. I’ll be curious to see how runtime improves once summer hits and the water warms up. Emptying the top-load filter basket is simple and mess-free, and rinsing everything out only takes a minute or two. I also appreciate that the app works over Bluetooth without cloud storage or data sharing, and OTA updates mean the vacuum can continue improving over time. It feels thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. Overall, this is a powerful, well-built robotic pool vacuum that delivers excellent cleaning results without the hassle of cords or hoses. While it is not the cheapest option available, the build quality, strong suction, smart navigation, dual filtration, and overall ease of setup and use make the price feel justified. If you’re looking for a reliable cordless pool cleaner that feels premium and performs like it, this Gosvor is absolutely worth considering. ... show more

  • Impressive pool robot vac, plenty of suction and battery life to get our pool spotless.
Pretty fantastic pool robot vac. I've had cheaper/simpler models before but this one is a powerhouse. It has plenty of suction and has no issues with leaves etc. The pool is spotless when it's finished. We just have a medium sized above ground pool, and it has no problems getting every speck of debris. I love these pool robot vacs, don't have to deal with cords or hoses, and they just work. It isn't that heavy and even filled with water is easy to extract from the pool when it finishes it's cycle. The battery life seems pretty strong. This one is a bit more pricey than one's I've had in the past, but the quality, performance and features justify the price difference. This is a beast, and also can be adjusted from the app, plus it just looks cool. It had an issue getting stuck behind the ladder, but eventually worked itself out. ... show more
