Sturdy and beautiful!
Great quality and heavy duty. Instructions are poor!! My husband and son-in-law attempted to put t together and boy was it a challenge. We stopped and hired someone for $950. Beat money paid to put something together. Took 3 guys and 15 hrs to put together. Had 2 missing parts need to reach out to seller. They were metal window decor parts but all else turned out wonderful! Would have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for the two missing parts

Grandkids love it!
I am very happy with this play structure. Directions where a little confusing at first. But once we figured out how they set things up it went pretty smooth. We had six people putting it together. (Papa and Mema, 2 dads and 2 uncles)😊 It took a full day of everyone building. We only had a crack in the trapeze swing and they replaced it right away. Our 6+ one on the way grandkids love the Playset. Very happy with this product.

Worst instructions ever!
Do yourself a favor and never buy any products from Gorilla. Their instructions are impossible to follow, even though they have part number on every single piece that has to be installed, on the instruction manual will not refer to the part number, but to the dimensions of the piece.

Great playset design, fun for kids, missing parts/wrong parts and no customer service available
This is a very cool playset, the kids loved it. They really enjoyed all of the different areas, the bridge, ladder rope, rock wall, picnic table, the wave slide, and the tube slide (until they kept getting hurt by it). The assembly wasn't difficult, although some of the instructions should have been more clear, just a little bit of additional info could've saved a lot of time in some areas. A very large pallet with a dozen or so boxes was delivered very neatly about 1 week after ordering. There were missing pieces and parts that did not match the given manual/instructions, and unfortunately Gorilla's customer service never answered/called back and several warranty claims continue to be ignored. I had to make four trips to the hardware store for lag bolts, loc nuts, and a few small screws. I have experience with building, this project still took around 30 hours even with some help. (about 10 hours of it was wasted on the tube slide, between building it and installing it with all of the warped/incorrect pieces and incorrect manual). Tube Slide. The 8 parts were warped so that the slide was in the shape of an oval rather than a circle. Most holes for bolts did not line up with the adjacent piece, which added several hours to the build. This has caused a lip inside the slide, which bent the toes of two kids so we had to shut the slide down. The slide's manual does not match the slide for the overall playset, so it does not attach properly at the opening and is not able to be secured along the posts of the playset (lacks support). The bottom base of the slide does not fit the slide's opening at all. My child has a very bad scratch on her back because of the sharp plastic piece at the bottom (that would be covered with the correct base piece.) The base support is also the wrong piece, creating a less stable slide. I have tried contacting Gorilla customer service and their warranty department several times over the past three weeks and still have not heard back. The quality of the wood is good. I was expecting a little heavier duty, given the cost difference between this set and some of the other brands. The quality of the wood is not bad, just not a worth double or triple the cost of the others. The quality of the tube slide is bad. The cladder bridge feels very solid. All three platforms feel solid. This is a great playset design for kids. The assembly/build was not difficult, but it was time consuming. It's sturdy. The only negatives are the tube slide and lack of customer service/honoring the warranty.

Love it!
I gave it a four because there were missing parts, but they refunded me a percentage and Gorilla sent me the parts out right away so I’m very pleased and it’s an amazing play set!

Very nice playscape!!
Very nice playscape, the directions could have been better. They are all in black and white so we download them in color on the website. Kids really like it a lot!

Lots of Missing parts!! Don’t buy
Broken pieces and lots of missing parts! Don’t buy!! Call Amazon to get replacement part and they say to call Gorilla. Unfortunately, gorilla says because we bought from Amazon they don’t cover missing parts. Huge nightmare to spend almost $5000 and still trying to get missing parts. Save yourself the headache and buy directly from gorilla
