Okay first can I talk about the shipping!!! Omg amazing!!! I ordered this chair yesterday and it got here today!!! It said not till next week October 17th but wow, I'm just in shock! Then the assembly was a breeze, a little hard to understand in some areas but I did it ! I got this chair a week early than i had been told i would which really impressed me and it just kept getting better from there. My bf put it together for me. He said it took 30 min and was easy to do. I have used it for over a week now as I work from home and it is the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in. My son told me that a gaming chair would be mire comfortable than an office chair like the on I'd been using and he was so right. I like that I can lay all the way back on it. My butt doesn't get sore in it and the massaging pillow is heavenly. I have several back injuries from a car wreck and this chair really made me comfortable for working. My productivity has increases because this chair is so comfortable I am not thinking about how much pain I'm in. I highly recommend this chair. I only gave it 4 stars for the support because I think the chair seat could be a little bit larger because when i pull the pillow all the way down I feel like I'm too far forward.

Love this chair. Really worth the money great buy. Don’t really see what people where talking about that it was bad. It’s not loud. It does go high off the ground where I can’t touch the floor but I like that. I’m like 5’2. Feels super nice and comfortable. The arm rest are squishy. But only con was the arm rest going up and down but one of the arm rest of you press super hard it would just go all the way down :( but other than that I say this chair is 10/10.

The reason I gave this a 1 start isn’t due to the quality of the chair but the seller. The chair was easy to assemble and it’s a pretty good gaming/work from home chair if you have big thighs then you’ll notice so,e discomfort after sitting for a few hours. The big issues is the seller and lack of communication with them. After assembling this chair I tried to use the massager, it didn’t work. I reached out to the seller twice and have waited two weeks and still no response. I paid extra for the massager and was expecting it to work and if it didn’t I was expecting the seller to either send me a replacement (massager) or replace the whole chair.

It is great, it does it's job well and is super comfy. I've relaxed in it in several positions so far. From sitting up work mode to lying flat staring at the ceiling contemplating the universe mode it works great! I meant to get the red version, but seems I accidentally got the pink version, but hey, what sort of man would I be if I couldn't rock pink. It is awesome and assuming it lasts a long time before breaking down I would probably buy it again. Here's hoping I don't have to buy again for a long time though!

I worked from home and this chair was ordered by my son by accident but I'm so glad he did it. My lower back has been really bad lately and this chair feels so much better than my old computer chair. The vibrating lower back cushion was exactly what I needed. It's not that comfortable on my butt however it's not too bad.
