The chair came with instructions all the tools the parts for the chair was there the chair was not damaged came in excellent condition I decided to go on YouTube to try to put the chair together I did it by myself it was easy one person once I saw on YouTube how to put together and I did it as they did it it was no problem it was awesome the chair is beautiful it's a little bit short but I'm going to think I'm going to try to get some kind of extension to make the chair higher but the chair is awesome it is as it was described it is soft it is comfortable the vibrating deals for the my back go to my middle of my back which is where I need the vibration and it does the lower back as well but it is a comfortable chair I can't lean back in it I can put my feet up there is a little bit of ankle to the deal when I put my feet up but that's not a problem in my book I've had chairs where the leg extensions did not go all the way out or the still kind of weakened over time but this chair is comfortable to sit in the base is pretty solid I'm thinking about putting or getting some type of Wheels to put underneath the base of the chair so I can move around but I like it it's it's a very good chair it's it's very good for the price it is very good I like it I would recommend it ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Over the last several months, I’ve really enjoyed sitting on this chair. It feels comfortable while still allowing for strategic gaming positioning as needed. I’ve spent time evaluating the features of the electronic module. The buttons work well, the features are great, and I find it very comforting after a long day at work. There are two handles that allow you to either recline the foot rest, or recline your back. I often find myself reclined back in this chair. Aesthetically, the chair is clean and quite cute with its pink and white color scheme. I utilize the cup holder almost every time I sit in the chair. The cupholder is large and perfectly sized for the chair. Another key feature is the headrest. I’m fairly tall at 6’ 3” headrest still has plenty of additional space. The last key feature about this chair is it swivels which is super helpful as I navigate through my monitors and gaming systems. Overall, the chair is made of high-quality materials, offers many functional much functionality and features and appears will last a long time. I highly recommend this chair. ... show more

    • Works nice, But..9 out of 10 difficult assembly for one person.

Now that i finished the 2.5 hour assembly, complete body workout included, i really like this chair, if i had a second person, and a big 4ft high table to assemble this on, it might have only taken an hour, instead, i had to use my toes, and knees, and one hand, to line up screws for the back rest bolts, then try and try to get the screw to bite into the hole..., and push and pull with all my effort, to install to the last bolts on the arm rests, pullin and wiggling, it was a celebration when i finished the assembly! Woot ! Now fully assembled, its great, no heaght adjustments tho, just swivel, very comfy tho. ... show more

I’ve never written a bad review before, but this one deserved it for 2 reasons. 1 - opened the box and the base of the chair was missing and never sent. Luckily we were able to take the one off of our old gaming chair and get it to work, but had we not had that then we would of been screwed as this is a Christmas present. 2 - assembly sucked. The holes didn’t line up for putting the back of the chair on and once I finally got it lined up after an hour of trying to do so the screw wouldn’t go in and almost stripped out because of how poorly it lined up. The instructions could be more descriptive and show you better steps on how to put the main part of the chair together. The arm rest that was labeled for the left side was actually for the right and vice versa. Over all it took me damn near 2 in a half hours to put the chair together. OTHER THEN THAT, it’s a nice chair once all is said and done and it’s actually together which is the only reason I still gave it 3 starts instead of 1. ... show more

Usually I don't leave negative reviews. But when I tried to return this product, they sent me a shipping label. I took the chair to UPS and the shipping cost was $500. Lol, ok. This chair is horrible. IIRC, it measures 28'' for the back rest. about 3'' is wasted by overlapping with the seat portion. I'm 5'11'', I'm simply too tall for this chair. The worst part is the 'massage' feature. It's a vibration feature. There is no pressure applied to your back as there would be with an actual massage. It just vibrates, lol. Honestly, just typing this infuriates me. I can't believe I got scammed by this company. I would wish the company luck in future endeavors. But I just don't think they're good people since they're willing to lie about product advertisement. ... show more
