I think this is one of the best value (if not the Best). Very affordable. At this price you will not see any Ele-Scooter with 10 inch wheels, solid tyres, around 30 miles of high speed and with 265 lbs load capacity. It is built solid, in fact too solid that I feel it a bit heavy while lifting in and out of car. This is simple to ride after a couple of rides as learning. Now some cons : Breaks are too instant that I get uncomfortable when pressing, it almost adds jerk. Shock-absorbers are too stiff but I am not sure if it is good enough compared to other scooters or not. I have not tested the range but I notice changes in speed when you start consuming battery beyond some percentage. LASTLY : I received the bike which was previously used, I think because display was scratched and was not new for sure. Overall my expectation was daily 4 miles or so for picking my toddler from school and some fun rides is perfectly met. Suggestion : Please provide accessories for cellphones, or hook for helmet, bag etc. ... show more

I have spoken to customer service about this. I have an error code that says the throttle cable needs to be replaced. I asked manufacturer to send me one. They said they would and I have not heard from them over a month.

This is the third scooter that I bought. I have been using it around a month. The range, weight and speed are perfect for me. The only downside I think is the dual break works together which makes it sensitive if you’re not used to it. You just need a little touch for the brakes. And I just hope the tires has a little bit more texture on it. I had battery problem with the last scooter I bought, so I really hopes this one will be fine. I purchased this for camping. My 6’3” 260lb son loves zooming around on this. It’s a great transportation tool while camping. It’s convenient to fold, ride and transport. No issues with charging it either. So happy I made the purchase.

Some engineering issues with my scooter between the fender being very weakly supported and issues with the throttle. However, the customer service has been some of the best I have ever experienced and have sent me replacement parts as quickly as possible when issues arise.

I purchased this item as a Bday gift for my teen son. The product is advertised as NEXT DAY PRIME DELIVERY....but, I received the item 5 days after purchase. This is terrible because as I mentioned this was a gift that was specifically bought for the Next day delivery feature. Strike 1 Ok, I was able to accept the fact that I was not able to hand my son a gift in the actual celebration of his Bday, but he was going to get a cool Escooter a few days later...COOL! So the box is delivered, we put it together (easy)...Now to download the app and get it running and used properly...The only problem: There's no available app for this product! There's a link provided by the manufacturer, but it's a broken link. NO APP. Strike 2 Ok, no app to use...It still runs and works as advertised, right? Wrong. After riding for 20 seconds and reaching 7kph the scooter froze and stopped working. The only way to reset the freeze was by unscrewing the handle bars and unplugging/plugging back in the power cable. SUCH A HASSLE!...ok, it's defective...Maybe was just bad luck and the reset made it better? Wrong. It froze after 20 seconds of riding EVERY TIME! Strike 3 Late Bday gift turned into NO Bday gift. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Was easy getting the app by scanning the QR code. But can’t sign in have to skip sign in jus to connect to the scooter which is no problem because it runs like a champ!! Never had a e scooter before but have rode several and this is by far the best one I’ve rode. Very smooth and reliable!! Battery stays charged good.. get up big hills to actually! ... show more
