This Gooseneck Kettle is packaged perfectly to avoid damage in shipping - even the Gooseneck tip is protected by a thick piece of tubing. This kettle has different temperature settings for different drinks such as teas, or coffee. This would be perfect for a coffee pour over, but as of this review, I only have used it for teas . It heats quickly, and automatically maintains the temperature if the water temperature drops by 9 degrees. If you feel the water is too hot or not hot enough, you can adjust the temperature, and it will maintain the heat at the new temperature - even if you add additional water. It does not shut off if empty or dry but it will only heat 5 times to the set temperature, unless you change the temperature or turn it off. If you adjust the temperature, it will keep it at that temperature for 5 more cycles. The matte black color fits perfect in my kitchen as it goes well with stainless appliances and near my glass top stove. It will go well with any decor!

my old kettle was broken, so I purchased this black kettle, What I love about it is the adjustable temperature control. Being a big fan of Vietnamese coffee and tea, I can choose different temperatures for each, making them more enjoyable and flavorful. The black color and gooseneck design really appeal to me, making it not just a kettle, but also a beautiful table decoration. I think the stainless steel interior is safe for daily use. Overall, this kettle is definitely worth having.

Kettle has specific temperatures for different beverages which is nice. It is straightforward to use. It is nice the power shuts off if you remove the kettle. The temperature does seem to fluctuate some though

I love this for making tea cause I don’t have a stove top so making tea is usually done in the microwave but now it’s boiled to perfection with the different settings! I did try and make hot chocolate once and I guess I set it too high cause it did burn the milk on the bottom so now there is a brown mark on the inside of the kettle but that was user error lol!

My last kettle started to leak so I got this style as a replacement. I like the gooseneck feature. It makes it easier to pour and be accurate. The quality so far seems to be durable.

I have a dark theme coffee station and this kettle is perfect for me and my wife in size and how it works. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I don't use and I'm not used to farengheit instead of celsius, how it is used im most of the world. Normally all these digital products allow the exchange of the metric system, but this one doesn't allow it. it is not a deal breaker, but it is what would make it perfect.
