This product does not work on Semi Trucks. The unit does have a nice flash light. The strobe works great. And the charger plug works just fine. Im not really sure if it'll jump start a pickup or car. Ill keep it and try it on the next vehicle I run across that may need a jump start.

This gt truck pro seemed really nice, nice clamps but for me the cables are to short to reach sum battery posts easily. My biggest problem with this is how easly it tips over, like if this was on your table and you bumped it, this would fall over on to the cable/clamps side. It would fall over really easy if you had it sitting on a in the engine/battery area of a vehicle you were trying to start. The tipping over and the short cables is why i returned this. I bought this starter box last week to start the repurposed 120 school buses my company has and initially was going to return it because I couldn't get it to work. I read the manual and watched several videos and non of them specifically said that if the vehicle you were starting had a 100% dead battery you had to turn it on and then hold the 12V button down for 2+ seconds until it lit up and then start the vehicle. Since I learned how to use it, I've started 20 or more diesel buses with it. If you keep it charged it should never fail you. I don’t know if my jumper is defective or I’m using it wrong (I doubt it because I read the manual and know how jumper starters work) but so far I’ve only been able to jump 1 car and I’ve tried with 5 different vehicles already. So it has had a 20% success rate. I’m going to keep using it until the return date is up and see if it works or I need to return it. ... show more
