I love these chairs!! I was nervous ordering without sitting on them first. They are comfortable enough and the fabric is REALLY SOFT (the back is slightly uncomfortable, but the seat is great.) These are just beautiful, very stylish, and they make my kitchen look very fancy. I don't know what this fabric is - but it is magic!! Shortly after putting them together, my cat jumped up on them and left kitty litter streaks on the seats. I was devastated and wasn't sure what to do. I took a DRY paper towel - and it wiped right off, I was in awe!! I was going to scotchguard them, but I'm not sure if I need to with this amazing "magic" fabric? Putting them together was time consuming, but not hard. (Turning a quarter turn at a time with the Allen wrench lol). I was looking for a new kitchen table set, but couldn't find what I was looking for... I kept my table and swapped out my counter stools for these - I cannot believe I spent so little and it looks like I spent a fortune. I am not kidding. Just get them. You will love them!! Oh and by the way, I got them soooo quickly - like a week earlier than they estimated. 5 stars for sure!!

These look absolutely amazing. Our only issue was that several of the legs were uneven. The only way to fix this was to added extra felt pads to the bottom of the legs to try evening them out. Can’t really complain with what we paid. Hoping to at least get a couple years out of them. We purchased the light gray and they do look more expensive than what we paid.

Chairs are beautiful!!! The cushions are so comfortable, the seat size is more than adequate, and the bar stools are very sturdy! Assembly was very easy , instructions very easy to read, and only took 30 minutes with two people. However, the description says the chairs height can be 33 or 36 inches, but we could not figure out how to make the chairs 36 inches. So my seats only reach 33 inches. With my bar being tall, I really need those extra few inches. We may take apart and reassemble later for those extra inches. I still highly recommend!!!

Worst purchase ever they are unbalance they are not even the whole to connect. The foot of the stool are not even. The brace, that brace the stool one of them is missing a part. This is one purchase that I regret making contact Amazon to see if the seller will send a replacement that way I could send back what I have. They’re telling me that I have to return the merchant to them first before I would receive the replacement. in otherwise I will have to pay somebody to come and D assembly them and send them back to Amazon or the seller and then have someone come again to assembly them again and pay them again and I do not feel like Amazon or the syllabus cooperating and want to send a replacement that way I could’ve sent the damage one worst purchase ever do not purchase these shirts from Amazon. I should’ve gone to Wayfair. Sunday 06/14/2026 Prior to leaving my review, the company contacted me and sent a replacement chair. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged as well. I immediately notified them and provided photos of the damage. On June 9th, I received a call regarding a $70 refund they had issued for one of the damaged chairs. While I appreciate the gesture, I was not satisfied with the refund amount considering that I received a defective product and then a damaged replacement. During that conversation, the main concern seemed to be the review I had posted rather than resolving the issues I experienced as a customer. Before I reported the replacement chair’s damage, I had already informed them that the original chair was missing a piece and was not properly balanced. I also sent photos of the damaged replacement chair. What disappointed me most was that the focus appeared to be on having me remove my honest review rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. As a customer, I felt overlooked and that my concerns were not taken seriously. My review reflects my actual experience. Both the original chair and the replacement arrived with issues, and I have uploaded photos of the damaged replacement chair as well. I believe reviews should be honest so that other customers can make informed decisions. My intention is not to harm anyone’s business, but to share my genuine experience with the product and customer service I received. I will not remove an honest review simply because it reflects an experience that was unsatisfactory. I feel like I also needed to contact my credit card department or contact Amazon directly in regards to the matter. I believe that this company is trying to undermine me and that there are very dishonest and no one should purchase from them. I could’ve let it slide and we do not do a review however, the fact that she told me she was the owner and then she tried to tell me she’s going to contact her manager. You are very dishonest and that I have a problem with.
