This tummy waist trainer fits true to size. It is tight and small. It fits very snug and tight compression. I wanted mine tight and it does. I would recommend ordering the size you wear in underwear. It is a pull on type that is kind of hard to get on so be careful not to order too small. The fit conforms to your shape and sucks everything. It makes a real curvy hourglass shape that looks flattering. Inside is sewn in steel "bones" that keep it from rolling. They work well to keep the slim straight fit. The material is a thick band, thick stretchy and strong. It feels comfortable and is seamless. Overall it works well to shrink your tummy area one size. It stays in place where you put it well.
