I'm an outdoors person. I love being outdoors as much as possible, and I also hunt and fish regularly. I have finally got down to my target weight, no regrets, but I am now colder in winter than I used to be. I got this to keep with me while working outside, hunting and fishing, as well as relaxing outside when it's cold out. I used this all winter inside my canopy with walls on it allowing us to spend a good deal more time outside. It works exactly like and as well as my "little buddy" heater. When it is really really cold it's best to bring the canisters inside and keep them warm because if they get very cold they will have poor pressure but that's not a fault of this heater. I love it, and it still works great! Packing her up for the summer and will proudly use it again next winter. Great item.

Surprise that this works so well as it's very lightweight. It attaches easily and you can use it for more than just a golf cart. Simple to use and the heat output is actually very good.

This little heater will crank out some warmth. My golf cart has a weather cover on it so that helps keep in the heat even more. I have yet to use it while actually playing golf but have tested it in the cup holder to see if it fits and it does. It's super easy to use, just don't touch the thing cause you can easily get burned on it.

This is perfect for a portable heater for camping and fishing. I have it set up next to the patio table for the evening coffee break. It uses standard size propane bottles (long or stubby). I also bought the collapsible plastic base for standing this up with good stability. I have also used a magnetic bolt dish to hold the assembly up while working on the car. Nice compact set up with good heat output.

I always use it with the door open and window above my bench cracked open, so as not to asphyxiate, but I use this at my work bench when I want to keep warm enough not to shake while I quickly do something. If I'm going to work more than 15 minutes I'll use my room heaters, but this is just enough for short bursts of heat. I can see how this would be awesome on a golf cart; my buddy golfs so I'll let him borrow it and see what he thinks. The cup is basically a big gulp cup, just thicker and better quality. The springs are pretty sturdy too, I have no doubts this fits solidly in a golf cart cup holder. The piezoelectric lighter caught on the third or fourth try, which is fairly standard in my experience with them on bbq's and space heaters. Nice little heater, I like it!

I do not use this for golfing, instead using it when taking a break from working outdoors now that its starting to get cold. Mine has a strong spark with each trigger pull and warms up fast. I could definitely see this being useful on camping trips especially if you bring a rocket stove that uses the same cylinder (think most of them do). It seems we'll made, is light weight for what it is, and balances well with the cylinder on it.

We have a couple of gas fire bowls but sometimes they're overkill. This portable heater is perfect. I'm not sure why it's marketed for golfers / golf-carts. Isn't golf a warm-weather sport? The propane cylinder base works just fine and holds it up perfectly. Fires up quickly and I like the ruggedness of the controls. 5 stars for sure. If there's a knock, it's that the burner doesn't tilt or adjust. Not a deal breaker.
