This curtain rod does the job for the price you pay. It was pretty simple to put together and hang. It had all the necessary hardware. It is very sturdy when up. The color of rod is a bit different than pictured...I ordered antique silver and it looks like just a gray color. The rods are made up of several smaller rods so it can break down in a small amount to store away easy. This style of double rod is superior to the two rod systems I was familiar with. The simple design just makes it seem less complicated.

What I love about these is you put the wall plate on separately. It makes it easy to use a drill opposed to others where the entire bracket is in the way and you need tiny hands to screw it into the wall. I will say, use all 3 pieces of the rods, unless you have a smaller window. Trying to adjust to 48” with only 2 rods, will make it a bit more flimsy. We adjusted our spacing to accommodate. Put the curtains on the rods first, then attach the brackets and slide them onto the wall plates. Some reviews I’ve read made these seem complex, they are definitely not. Will buy for other rooms in my home as well.

These work fine once assembled, but they are made incredibly cheaply. One of the screw mechanisms immediately broke when trying to assemble, I couldn't even get it finger tight before it started spinning loosely. This happened after the first unit had been fully installed in my wall, so I cannot apply to a replacement. The company refuses to send replacement rods, and is offering a $3 refund on a $50 purchase. Overall, this has the quality of a $10 curtain rod.
