Product had shipping damage, for product this size returns become a hassle. The quality of the powder coat seem to be subpar. None of the rivnuts were set properly and didn’t realize that until one of them popped of.

Box arrive really beat up and torn in some areas. Was assembling it and realized that both the side bars were not straight/slight bend on opposite ends. After 2 hours of loosening & tightening the nuts on the crossbars and front/rear bars...the crossbar nut holes still didn't line up correctly. Unsure if it was due to the shipping/transit or factory quality control issues...either way, this product is being returned!!! Will order another one and hope that the bars will be all straight next time even before attempt of the assembly. ... show more

The one star is for how GoRhino are handling this. Pretty angry to be honest. The box arrived beaten up on one end covered in Amazon tape. Obviously broke open at some point in transit to Amazon. Opened the box to find no assembly hardware. Spoke with GoRhino warranty. They said they don't have the assembly hardware in stock, so it will take two weeks to get it to them. Also likely another week to send it to me. Rather than take the hardware from an existing box they have in stock, I have to wait 3 weeks before I can assemble my damn roof rack.
