Just put this together for the guest room and couldn't be happier. Easy assembly and the QR code to a YouTube assembly video actually helped. One piece of advice: When setting up as a bed the vid shows the fluffy seating pad up against the backrest under your head with the double cushion placed at the far end. If you do it this way it looks nice but the space between that cushion and the double cushion is uneven and you can feel it against your back. Not comfortable to sleep on. But if instead if you put the double cushion up against the backrest as shown in the attached pic there is no gap under your back and it's perfectly comfy to sleep on. Couch looks great and appears to be of good quality. Shipping took a while but it was delivered 5 days agead of time. Well worth the wait. Be aware the fluffy white pads are not packing material, they insert into the arms and backrest. VERY comfy for both sitting and sleeping. Also the dog approves and has claimed it as her designated lounging spot 😶

Good addition to our den. Was delivered to our front door. Not overly difficult to assemble. True to color. When sleeping on pullout bed one of our visitors thought it was a little hard. We bought a mattress topper to use on it when guests use it to sleep on. Size is perfect seems sturdy.

Its an incredibly sturdy couch! I wasn't expecting such high quality for such a great price. Super easy to assemble and is pretty comfortable. We plan to use it for our guest bed in our office space. The company was wonderful to work with and reached out personally to verify shipping info and to give me contact info should anything be wrong or I needed help assembling. We even got it a week earlier than expected! Highly recommend!

The back pieces keep sliding off. The couch and bed are comfortable, but every time we put it back together the back pieces keep coming off.

I just assembled mine, which was very easy, and the sturdiness is amazing! And the instructions even contained a supplemental page reminding one to drop a bolt through the top of the seat frame which prevents the couch bed from sliding out when you sit on it as another reviewer had mentioned was something he didn't like about it. It's a very easy thing to fix and is addressed in the instructions. When you want to extend the bed simply lift the cushion and lift out the dropped in bolt. I recommend a drill motor with the right sized hex key bit bit to make it easier to assemble. Comes with a small wrench and hex key wrench in the packaging too but it'll be easier if you use a power tool instead of turning the 16 bolts by hand. I would happily buy this again or suggest to a friend. Very happy with my purchase.

I like the couch. This review is for customer service. I hand washed the cushion covers in cold and hung them to dry after my dog had an accident. However, they still shrunk and no longer fit on the cushions. I want to replace them and am willing to pay for this. But when I tried to reach out to customer service, the email and phone number provided do not work. Both seem to invalid or fake. Yet I keep being directed to that faulty contact info. I bought this for my playroom/spare bedroom. I wanted something inexpensive but overall good quality. It’s not the softest thing I’ve ever sat on but it’s not hard either. I do plan to add a mattress topper to It when guests use It for more comfort. The bed is easy to pull out and It was pretty simple to put together. Took appts 30-45 minutes. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

We were in need of an affordable queen size fold out for our apartment, but like many of you were a bit wary of what we would be getting for this price, combined with a relatively low number of reviews. We nonetheless took the plunge, and are very glad we did! We find both the sofa and bed to be very comfortable. It's a slightly firm sponge, if you want something softer you can get a mattress topper as others have suggested. Assembly was easy in about 30 minutes with the help of our cat and a set up video link that's in the instructions. We suggest putting the sofa cushion part of the bed at your feet, rather than your head as shown in the stock photos, as it is slightly lower than the main cushions which comprise 2/3rds of the bed length. We recommend this as a great comfortable budget option.
