Like everyone else has said, the couch sits low to the ground. I read the reviews before I purchased and bought 6 inch legs for it. The two seater needs 12 legs. But it fits perfectly in my small basement space. It’s actually quite comfortable as well, the back cover could use more Velcro up the sides but if you are putting it against a wall, this is a non issue. The color is beautiful. The sofa was delivered in three boxes, two came one day and one the next. I reached out to customer service twice to ask questions and they were answered quickly. Customer service gets a 100% A+ mark from me. The couch itself was very easy to assemble and the hardware is heavy duty. Please remember this is a $350 sofa. For the money, I am blown away. It is comfortable- soft, deep seats, plenty of bounce/fluffiness. The pillows are a little thin, but I add my own anyways. The sofa itself is beautiful- I got the green and it’s got a lot of depth! FYI this sofa is a little short/low to the ground, however I BET if you wanted to get taller legs, you could. But I don’t mind the height. I would absolutely recommend this product! ... show more

I definitely think this couch is great for the price you pay. It took us maybe ~45 minutes to set up between two people. We’ve had it for about a month now and we’re big fans. It’s comfortable and the chenille fabric has proven to be easy to clean. The pillows are also washable and the frame is sturdy. There isn’t a lot of thickness to the cushions but it does the job. The couch does sit low to the ground but we didn’t mind that at all. You can buy extenders on Amazon if you want a bit more height. We bought the three seater with the ottoman and it shipped in three boxes, they did arrive separately but the seller informs you once they ship that they’ll arrive in separate packages and provides you the tracking number for each. I appreciated how communicative they were. Overall, I’m a fan of the quality for the price, and it looks great in our home. ... show more

After reading all of the reviews, I decided to take the risk. In hindsight, I would have bought this style couch from a furniture store because I knew the size and comfort. Saying that, this isn’t the worst couch. I did build it today and will update my review in a few weeks. But here are my initial thoughts. What I do like about it Fabric is soft and vivid The cushion covers ARE removable for washing Seems sturdy Instructions are easy to follow Quick assembly. —————————— What I don’t like The colors aren’t quite as advertised. (I thought the blue looked more peacock blue, so I was pretty disappointed when I opened it and it was more of a denim / navy blue. It’s not uncomfortable, but the appeal of these couches are for the fluffy comfort and it does not live up to the ones at the furniture stores. The back and arm rests do not connect and are sizable gaps in between (pictured) The base cushions and the pillow cushions are connected. Not super important, but I do wonder how that is going to go after washing. And during the building process, one hole for the screws did not line up no matter how many times I took it apart and started over. Personally, if I saw this couch brand new at the store, I would not spend more than $300 on it So after cost of shipping and then the interest rate paying with affirm, definitely just go get one from the furniture stores it would be a much better value for your money. I also would not recommend using as your primary couch to hang out on, I feel like this is a better couch for entertaining guests or have friends crashing for a night because it’s not the most comfortable to binge watch tv shows on. ... show more

Color: I am disappointed because they showed a rich black color and I got what looks to be some sort of faded looking grey crap. I even checked one reviewer who posted a pic of their nice black couch and felt assured…guess I was the unlucky one. When I asked them about it they said “due to the lighting of the photo shoot, the actual color may be a little lighter.” Kidding me? Did they mean “photoshop”!? because that sounds more accurate. Legs: I am 5’2 and this couch is so absurdly low! The legs are only two inches high, so I had to spend another $86 for (12) 6 inch legs. Ugh!! I cannot return because most of it is vacuumed sealed, so once you open it, there’s no going back. I should have just gone to the furniture store and purchased a couch that I could see before buying. The only positive things I can say about this couch is that it’s packaged very well with clear instructions, and you can remove the pillow and seat covers for washing Lesson learned….won’t buy a couch online again. ... show more

I had read a lot of reviews on this couch being very comfortable. I wanted something for our bonus room/game room that was soft and comfortable straight out of the box. This couch took only 40 minutes for me to put together by myself and is incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend. And I love the blue color. It does sit very low to the ground (2" legs), and I had read that, so I purchased 12 8" legs and it is perfection! ... show more
