This is an excellent drill for under $50 (at the time of this review). The body is well-constructed. The rubberized overmolded grips are comfortable. The chuck is all steel, moves easily, and holds tightly. Internally, the circuit board is compact, connecting battery to trigger and motor through thick wires on large solder pads. The trigger mechanism is decent, but may still fail before other parts. The brushless motor is compact, but heavy, and generates a lot of torque. The planetary gears that transfer power to the variable clutch are heavy steel, well-lubricated. The clutch adjusts easily and works reliably. The battery charger is very simple, but the batteries are compatible with the Makita 18V system (nominally 18V, but have a maximum charge of 21V). They work with a Makita charger and the drill works with other Makita batteries. The included batteries have decent protective circuitry, including overheating protection, and rubberized padding on the base that will absorb the energy from drops or falls. When I tested the capacity of the included batteries, they actually had around 2000mAh each. Every other off-brand drill that I've tested have overstated their battery capacity, but these ones actually delivered what was promised.

This is a great little drill. It has the 'feel' of quality in my hand and works quite well. It comes with 2 batteries and a charger, which is quite nice. The batteries charge quickly and seem to last well. HOWEVER... The description says it has a 1/2" chuck, but it DOES NOT. It is a metal, keyless, chuck, like the description says, but it is 3/8" NOT 1/2", thus I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

FIITE 18V Lithium Cordless Drill Kit w/ 2 Batteries and Charger, 1/2” Chuck, No bits I’m not given to hyperbole, so when I say this is a surprisingly impressive cordless drill kit, I truly mean it. It’s by far the best Chinese-made drill kit I’ve ever reviewed or come across. I’ve been working with power tools for over 50 years, and I’d go so far as to say that the build quality here sure seems to rival the big names like that of DeWalt and Milwaukee (both of which I own). The only major factor I can’t yet comment on is its longevity. THAT would ultimately determine if it were truly on a par with the big-name brands. But one thing in its favor is its obvious durability. It’s built very robustly and solidly. This relatively “little” drill has a brushless motor and even comes with a 1/2” chuck. The drill has surprisingly strong torque, and would be perfect for virtually ANY job around the house or any DIY project. I can tell you that, for the time being, this drill will be my go-to drill. Heck, it’s likely to become my wife’s as well, for it’s fairly lightweight, even with a battery on it. Speaking of batteries, I appreciate that it comes with two (2) Li-ion batteries. I only wish the batteries had more capacity than a mere 2Ah. You’re likely to be changing them out a fair amount, but, who knows, with the high quality this company is exhibiting, I wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually came out with higher capacity cells. Make no mistake, this is indeed a high quality drill, as well as its batteries and small charger. I enthusiastically recommend it, and look forward to other (positive) reviews about it.

No charger in the box. No paperwork in the box. It was posted as 21volt drill on Amazon. It is a18volt drill. That is what is marked on the batteries and the drill.

The media could not be loaded. Drill is very compact and light, yet has a solid feel to it. Has nice features like a light and good battery strength indicator lights. Comes with 2 batteries, which is a must. Wish it had a fast-charger. Instead, it has a smaller lower-powered plug-in cord charger. But overall it's a great product at a great price.

This is a high-quality cordless with a brushless motor powered by an 18v 2Ah lithium battery. The drill looks and feels heavy-duty and works great for normal home construction projects. It comes with two batteries so one can always be charging while the other is being used. Each battery also has a gauge showing its charge level while charging. Everything fits nicely into the included bag. There are 21 different clutch settings, two-speed options, and a selection for drill speed. It also has a LED light to help you see the screws or drill bits you are working with. Also, I like the battery life left display on the base of the drill that can be seen when the drill is in use. This is a great purchase for the cost and I would recommend this purchase to family and friends.

This Drill Kit has exceeded my expectations. The drill is lightweight yet powerful, making it easy to handle for various projects around the house. The 21V battery provides plenty of power, and I love that it comes with two batteries, so I don't have to worry about running out of charge in the middle of a task. The 3/8-inch metal keyless chuck makes changing bits quick and hassle-free, and the variable speed control allows for great precision. At the current price, this drill is hard to beat. It has all the features of any other cordless drill/driver, clutch and two hefty batteries. I was impressed with weight of the batteries and I'm assuming that comes from battery content. The batteries came charged. The look and feel of the drill is very clean. Fit and finish is excellent. There are no included instructions or printed matter of any kind. I consider it a very good value.
