I'm 5'7/250lbs. This is wide enough for my plus sized body and has enough cushion to be comfortable at my size. It is not super firm, but does the job i need it to do comfortably. I've only been using it for a couple weeks, but it pops back up to form immediately. (Will update as it degrades with use/time.) It has a removable cover to be able to wash it and tiny rubber grips on the bottom to help it not slid around. I would recommend this. 90 lbs Down and My Tailbone Needed This!

I’ve lost 90 lbs in the last year on a GLP-1, and as part of that journey, I’ve lost a lot of padding from my butt, which now makes sitting extremely uncomfortable, particularly on my tailbone. Everyone talks about the “NSVs” (non-scale victories), but there are also some NSSs: non-scale sadnesses, and this is definitely one of them. I started off just using pillows and cushions, but they were still putting pressure on my tailbone. So I started looking into actual ergonomic cushions, and this was my first trial. Definitely recommend. As soon as I took my first seat on it, I felt immediate pain relief. The shape with the cutout was exactly what I was missing with the pillows I had at home. It is a bit bulky, but for the comfort, it’s worth it. It also has a nice, velvety, high-quality feel to the cover. Very smooth and does have a cooling effect to the touch but not sure I feel it on my bottom when actually sitting on it. Despite the bulkiness, it’s versatile. I use it at home on my dining room chairs and on my couch. I use it in the car. I use it at my work desk. At this point, I don’t want to go anywhere without it because it makes such a huge difference in my comfort level when I’m sitting for any length of time. Unnecessary Sticker Residue

It is extremely comfortable and provides relief from pressure caused by a fractured tailbone. I'd give it 5 but they put a sticker on the front which leaves sticker residue on the cloth when removing it. I'm unhappy I have to go to the trouble of removing sticker residue. It's unnecessary as you don't need sticker saying FRONT to know the opening goes under the tailbone. Otherwise, it's a great product. ... show more

Super Great Cushion

I was researching for days and seeing reviews about a good cushion for me since I have a series of problems in the lower part of my spine, and for this reason, by sitting for a long time, the pain increases in such a way that it is impossible almost stand up from my chair. One because of my advanced age, and on the other hand because of my condition that I just mentioned. Well, I found this cushion that was very affordable at its price, and to my surprise, the seller 5 start (that's what this seller is called) was so worried that he told me that if I didn't like something or if he didn't give me no result, he could change this cushion for me if for any reason whatsoever. What I have to say is not only that this seller is responsible for the products he sells but that his concern for satisfying the customer is meticulous. So, this cushion in my opinion is an excellent alternative for all those who have any problems with their tail bone or lower back. Not only is this cushion very comfortable, but it provides spectacular support, relieving the pain you have by 85%, that is, if you sit for a long time like in my case, this product is very good for what I just mentioned. Also, rest assured that if something is wrong either when you receive it or if when using it you find that you don't like it, return it because I am sure that with this seller you will not have the slightest inconvenience of changing it or returning your money. So, as I mentioned, in my case it is giving me an excellent result, apart from the fact that I have noticed that the support is very good and does not tend to deform. Its construction and materials are of good quality, but most of all it is the support for your back which makes it something that anyone with pain in their spine should have.... Even more if they sit for a long time, that is, without any mobility. Well then I am going to give this seller and his product 5 stars for his concern in making the customer feel safe in his purchase but also for the great product he offers. Rest assured that if you need one of these cushions, buy it and see for yourself if it really works for you or not since we don't all have the same problems, which is why for some people it is effective and for others it is not. Best of the bunch!

First off, I’m a 6’1” Male weighing 210 lbs and I work from home and sit at a chair around 6 to 8 hours a day. My office chair was getting pretty worn, so I first looked for a replacement chair. The chairs on Amazon are pretty awful, unless you’re willing to spend over $800. So, I then tried 3 different chair cushions instead of a replacement chair. 1. SitCushion XL in Cooling Black. $59.99 2. Everlasting Comfort in Black $47.99 3. 5 Stars United in Soft Black XXL $37.95 The SitCushion was nice, but the Cooling material is pretty slippery and you need to constantly readjust your sitting position. Overall it’s pretty comfortable, but way too slippery. The Everlasting Comfort cushion is awful. It hits the side of your thighs and is just overall uncomfortable The 5 Stars United has a great cover and holds you firmly in place, with perfect support at all areas. They all have anti-slip on the bottom. My choice is the 5 Stars United XXL in soft black. It comes with a lifetime warranty as well. ... show more

Plenty thick but not supportive enough.

Wasn’t comfortable for me. It’s quite thick but collapses too easily. It felt really good for 20 minutes or so but then felt nonexistent. I gave it to my wife for her office chair and she likes it so we’ll keep it and I’ll keep shopping.

Relieves buttocks and hip pain! Great Quality Cushion!

This cushion has helped us with sitting for much longer than we could sit a few weeks ago. It really relieves tailbone pressure and some hip pressure. We liked it so much we ordered a second one! I wish 5 Stars United made a cushion with holes for the sit bones (Ischial Bursitis) Their cushion is Very well made and thick and was a great price.
