I've been taking vitamins most of my life and have tried a number of different ones. I just recently switched to this particular product because of the value for the money. This vitamin is potent, and has dramatically improved my wellbeing. I generally do not get enough nutrition through my food consumption so I typically augment my diet with supplements. In less than a week after I switched to this product I began feeling improvements in everything from my energy levels, to my mental focus and sexual performance. I ended up going on a road trip soon after switching and found that even after hours and hours of driving I felt noticeably great and I knew it was because of this product. The downside is these smell and taste absolutely awful. But I found ways to not notice it as much, like downing them with flavored water, milk, or protein shakes. Its not as bad if you take it with something that can conceal the taste. Having taken vitamins most of my life, I would contribute them to the reason I have never had any health issues (knock on wood), and i'm close to 40. I am a firm believer that multi-vitamins are good for folks who are missing nutrients in their diet, and these are among the best value for the money.

Agree with what posters have been writing. Not easy to swallow; bad taste, and bad smell. But these GNC vitamins get 5 stars for effectiveness. And the price is comparable to other brands.

I know it sounds weird but boy howdy these things STINK! Maybe it's just me. Anyways, I just take it with juice and try not to smell it. Besides that they seem like a really good deal, but it's enough I'll be considering using a different one at the end of this bottle.

I've seen a lot of reviews saying that they are good but I cannot get past the smell. Even when I hold my nose while taking them, I can feel the aftertaste for hours and my burps smell like it. These vitamins smell like piss and make the room within a 3 foot radius smell like piss. If you don't mind the smell, go for it, but I really cannot stand it.

Call me a weirdo, but I like when I open my multivitamin, it smells like a vitamin. Disgusting, which is exactly why I need a multivitamin, I don’t like the taste of most of veggies. One brief smell as I open/ close off the container each morning is waaaaay better than the smell of Brussels sprouts 3-5 times a day!
