Works really well, I quite enjoy it the igpu can handle a lot of games and do a lot of work and if you ever wanna upgrade there's the occulink, I had mine for almost a year and my CPU fan failed but I reached out to support and they sent me a replacement for free since I was still within warranty so the PC is good and the support is even better.

The mini PC is fast and is perfect for my applications mixture of light gaming, web surfing, and productivity. I had an issue with the fan and received a quick response from GMTec customer support, and I received a replacement part quickly.

Very good for the money. Testing gave this about an 80% overall performance rating (+80% CPU, Memory, Disk). The GPU however was 43%. This is because the GPU is a lap top model limited by space in the compact unit. Thus not going to be good for high level gaming but just fine for older and less performance criteria games. I'm very happy with it and performs on the games I play. Just don't expect it to be a gaming powerhouse.

I’ve been an Amazon customer for over twenty years, and this is only my fifth review — so it takes a product that stands out to get me to write one. The GMKtec K11 is fast, quiet, and works exceptionally well for office productivity, video conversion, and general web use. I do not use it for gaming. Initially, I was leaning toward four stars due to an issue with Windows 11 activation. That being said, working with Levi from support quickly changed my mind. As the owner of an IT company, I know Microsoft can have its quirks, but Levi responded immediately with troubleshooting steps and then provided a new key. Everything is now running perfectly. My setup is a bit demanding, and the K11 handles it with no trouble: 49-inch monitor connected via USB-C at 5120x1440 27-inch monitor via HDMI at 4K External USB drive 1Gb LAN (upgrading to 2.5Gb soon) Wireless mouse and keyboard USB microphone and webcam The K11 powers all of this smoothly, exceeding my expectations. For performance, reliability, and support, this mini PC is an excellent choice.

(zero stars for the device, five stars for GMKtec support, average 2.5 stars) I wish I could give this a good review. We have three other GMKtec mini PCs in our house. They all have Intel components, and they all still work fine. However, after less than two months of mostly being powered down, this device with AMD components powers on but doesn't boot and doesn't output a display signal. I had hopes of using it for both modern and retro gaming, but I can't use it at all now. I am working with GMKtec to resolve the issue and they have been helpful and responsive. So I can't blame GMKtec, but AMD maybe?

Powerful Windows 11 PC perfect for limited spaces. I use mine with a USB 3.2 DAS (USB drive bay) with 6 bays. The PC us quiet and boots quickly. The only thing to take note if is the WiFi/Bluetooth card is below the main M.2 NVMe slot. This restricts use to drives without a thick heatsink on the bottom. I would definitely buy this mini PC again if I needed another.
