Where has this chair been in my life? It's been missing. That's where. I have been hunting for YEARS to find an office chair that has a back that tilts back AWAY from the seat bottom. Usually when office chairs claim that they tilt, this means the whole seat tilts back, meaning there is no movement in the individual's hinge at the hip joints. When you sit for HOURS and HOURS like I do, this is not a relief. But THIS chair back tilts back away from the seat bottom, so you actually RECLINE back. Also, the lumbar support is amazing, like super great! (Goodbye extra lumbar support pillow.) Also, the seat bottom is not too deep, meaning the backs of my knees do not rub on the seat edge. Check the measurements listed in the description because they are very helpful. My prior chair seat bottom was too deep, obviously made for someone at least 6 foot tall. I am just under 5 foot 7 inches, and this chair fits me perfectly. I can even rest my head on the headrest. It's life-changing! My only critique is that the overall height adjustment could go a little lower. I have it resting at the lowest setting and my feet do touch the ground, but sometimes I like to move my feet forward more, and the height of the chair won't really allow that. HOWEVER, I already have a footstool under my desk, so I can still move my feet forward more despite the height of this chair. The arms of the chair are lower than the usual office chair. But for me, this is great, because I type A LOT, and these chair arms stay out of my way. Then when I do want to rest my arms on them, it keeps me from shrugging my shoulders up. My lower forearms/wrists/hands touch the chair arms, not my elbows, which again is better for me, because the leather on my prior chair irritated my elbows as they rested on them. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, this chair is stunningly beautiful. The cream is a gorgeous, perfect cream, not yellowish and not too white, but it truly brightens up my home office which is also in my master bedroom suite. The bonded leather feels smooth and supple, and I feel like the chair looks way more expensive than it was. My husband even agrees that it looks amazing and is quite supportive. The mid-century simplistic style of the chair really pairs well with many styles. My bedroom suite is traditional/French country style, and my office furniture is more industrial/modern with wood, metal, and glass, and this chair ties in nicely with all of that. The only difficulty had during assembly was getting the rollers into the metal base. My husband had to help with this because I just couldn't get them to pop in. Other than that, the rest of the chair was very easy to assemble.

Update (April 2021)! I've had this chair nearly a year, and it's still like new. Comfortable, supportive, sturdy and easy to maneuver. I am very happy with this purchase! (It has also survived a few scratches from my cats as they jump into my lap - the material doesn't tear easily and the marks rub out pretty well.) Original Review (May 2020): I've been sitting in this chair for about 30 minutes, and I can already tell it's a keeper! It took about 10 minutes to assemble out of the box (by myself) - very easy. The lumbar and neck support are perfect, and the chair feels very sturdy. It manuevers easily and feels super stable as well. The seat has great cushioning, but also firm enough to give good support. I can also sit criss-cross comfortably, so it's roomy for various positions throughout the day. The PU leather is soft and seems to be very good quality. And the style and color are exactly as expected. Very classic and perfect for my Mid-Century Modern-style home! Super happy with this purchase! Well worth the investment for the number of hours I'll spend in this chair.

Okay we all know office chairs are pretty ugly when it comes to matching with your decor. And if it's actually pretty, its uncomfortable. And if it's pretty and comfortable, its extremely pricey. This chair is affordable, comfortable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?? The only reason why i gave it 4 stars is because a piece came broken. Its a cheap plastic material and its purpose is to hide the split between the legs and the chair (aesthetic purpose). The way mine broke wasnt too noticeable unless I actively looked for it, so i decided to suck it up and just live with it rather than go through the hassle of exchanging it. Assembly was okay but i think you will need 2 ppl to push down the back of chair to the seat of chair to drill in. Also, the rollers were really hard to snap in for me

My first impression was whoa, this is a heavy duty chair, which... isn't a bad thing. The base is definitely not cheap plastic, it means business. It was pretty easy to assemble. Looks great and on day 2 of sitting in it, I'm v impressed. I'm of the small female variety -- 5'4" and 110. I like to sit cross legged, fold up and do weird stuff that's probably not good for my back and hips while sitting in a chair for extended periods. This chair's lumbar and neck support hits JUST right though. This may possibly be my first amazon review ever and it's all because this chair spoons me just right. The wheels roll nicely, even on carpet. I have a mild concern that the leather won't hold up long-term -- I feel like it might get loose away from the padding or that it could get stained/rub off but right now in it's fresh new-new state, it's a beaut! I'll try to remember to check back in 6 months for an update. But so far 5/5! Highly recommend.

The chair is very comfortable and it good if you have balance problems. I turn the chair to the front and then get up. This chair doesn't move when you get up and when you sit down. Leather quality is good for the price of chair.

I got this chat in 2020, and it’s beautiful design while it last. :) This year started to peel and this means it’s going to trash soon. Most of out there are familiar with this Chinese “genuine leather” lie where after few years it starts shedding everywhere revealing fabric underneath. So if yuu are looking for a chair that will last 3-4 years and you don’t mind replacing, it’s fantastic. But it pisses me off when they try to sale it under “Genuine” Real leather could last you 30-40 years this chair material will not make it past 4
