I adore this aquarium—it’s temperature-controlled, and my fish loves it too! However, the instructions are not great; they’re a little confusing and should be simplified. Also, consider purchasing a small heater. I wish there was a designated place for the food instead of having to open the hood. On the bright side, the bubble and filter were both included, which is wonderful! My only wish is that the current (water flow) was stronger, but overall, the tank is excellent for beginners. ... show more

    • Don’t expect any warranty
I got the 6 gallon and the 10 gallon tanks. I am having issues with both and they will not reply to me. The filters are making noise. The Lid with the buttons quit working. I’ve only had this tank for less than 6 months. I can’t return to Amazon because it’s been too long, but it has not been over a year so it should still be under warranty with them.     • Makes feeding much easier
I haven’t used the bloodworm filter, but the ring alone is worth it and I wish I’d gotten it a long time ago! The filter used to slowly blow the food around the tank, and my betta would lose a piece. I’d be carefully feeding him one pellet at a time in a low-flo corner, dropping right in front of him, counting how many he ate, and it would be very fussy. I set this up in the same corner - he got used to it in a day - and now I can drop all the pellets in at once. None get lost. It’s so much easier! And it’s the right size too. Not too huge. Kinda cheap and chintzy but for the price and purpose who’s complaining? ... show more

I agree with the reviews here. The filter is so strong, and I am missing a lot of parts it says it comes with like suction cups. I think this tank is worth it, just need the filter to come with all the attachments.

Love the tank, however, the top part that covers the buttons started to unstick the first day I got it and I have to press it down a lot. Other than that I love it, the colors are great.
