The price was right, works fine. Just a cautionary tale, if you’ve never installed a water line or have no idea what Teflon tape or channel lock pliers are, this job may be more difficult than you may think. The instructions were not helpful at all. I have installed plumbing and piping for vanities, kitchen sinks to include disposals, and toilets, so this was not an issue for me. The instructions were literally four lines. They do not tell you how high from the bottom of the cabinet to install this, so you can properly get a new filter into the housing. Nor do they tell you that you should do this. As an FYI, the bottom of the filter should be at least 4 inches from the floor of the cabinet. ... show more

Love it just needs to last longer . Using in my NYC apartment, got the filter and the replacements. Already on my third refill. This one only lasted me since mid August. I can’t afford to swap it every two months. I know it depends on how bad the water quality is but nyc is not that bad.

The system was easy to install. Did not care for the system of attachment, 2 screws that are "hidden" and "pull-down" rather than an external screw system/attachment.
