We attempted to contact Glacier Fresh but could only email. They would only email back. They wanted us to take apart the system to see why it was leaking and video tape us doing it. All seems great with this high volume flow RO filter wi/o need of electric pump, i got other with similar GPD flow rate but needs power since it runs a pump for higher pressures. The issue is I contacted seller few months after purchase inquiring about replacement filters, especially the RO filter, they said it will be available some time in future but didnt specify. for carbon or sediments you can add yours inline if inside cartrdiges are depleted but with RO filter it is done, at least it will last a year or two but once RO filter is clogged up, need to throw out RO filter and whole fitler system. My consolation is that i bought it on sale so but if you are buying or bought full price, sorry for your bad purchase of single use water filter

Prove is in the photo... removed bacteria from well water without chlorine. I have a secondary shallow well that is used for watering plants, but we also use it to fill up pet water bowls, so I needed a way to purify the water without adding a chlorination system because that's not good for the plants. As you can see by the photo of before and after samples, this system worked perfectly for that. It was easy to install and works perfectly. The water flow is good and have no complaints about that. I just ordered some other test strips to check the full water sample and will update my review after doing so, but it accomplished what I wanted so far to remove the bacteria from the dog's drinking water. The unit was also shipped and received fast.

Our water isn't horrible but every so often the chlorine content is off the charts (per my nose), it was one of these times when we got this unit. After my procrastination of about a month or so the chlorine smell came back and so I got to it. To be fair half of the reason is I didn't want to clean out under the kitchen sink, and funny enough this was about half the time. I really can taste and smell the difference, I this will be a standard in my kitchens from this day forward.
