Effective on whiteheads. Sucks bacteria/pus/infection out of the clogged pore You're left with a white blob on the sticker. Change it out every 6 to 8 hours. You want a nice airtight seal. Starts reducing the inflammation immediately. No popping. No scarring. Quick and effective. I let these sit around in my medicine cabinet for almost a year. Recently, I got a big zit probably from using coconut oil on my hair...and days of retin A, AHA/BHA, and light pressure were not working so I decided to try this and I am so glad I did. I can’t live without these pimple patches now! I was honestly surprised by how well they work. Any time I get a breakout, especially those annoying whiteheads or small pimples, I just stick one of these on and let it do the magic. The patches are super thin and clear, so you can barely see them on your skin. I even wear them during the day sometimes if I’m just running errands, and no one notices. At night, they stay on all night without peeling off. What I love the most is how they flatten the pimple and absorb the gunk. My wife love these to deal with any random pimples that pop up out of nowhere. As an esthetician my wife takes a lot of pride in her skin and she knows as well as anyone that you cant stop all acne from showing up, so when she has a random pimple that pops up that she wants to get rid of quickly then this is her go to product. She will put one of these on the spot before she goes to bed and by the time she wakes up in the morning most of the time it is completely gone or it has significantly reduced from the night before. They are super easy to use and we just keep a pack in our bathroom for when ever she or anyone else every needs one we have them handy!

Only used once so far, but seem to work well. They are easy to apply and will stick to skin, as long as it's clean. Woke up and the pimple was gone and the patch was filled. When you consider price per patch, the price is great! The patches are a light skin color, which matches mine, so you can't even see them. There is no scent.

I always keep a pack of Mighty Patch on hand because it truly works. Any time I feel a pimple forming or see one starting to come up, I stick one of these on overnight and by morning, most of the gunk is pulled out and the spot looks calmer and flatter. They stay on well (even while sleeping), don’t irritate my skin, and are barely noticeable — I’ve even worn them during the day. I love that they don’t dry out the skin like harsh creams do. They’re a bit pricier than generic patches, but honestly, they work better, and I always come back to them.

I love these! It’s incredibly satisfying to see them suck up all the gross stuff through what I assume is some form of black magic. The price is a bit steep, thus the four stars vs. five. However, they work very well and absolutely lessen the healing time for acne.
