I can’t live without these pimple patches now! I was honestly surprised by how well they work. Any time I get a breakout, especially those annoying whiteheads or small pimples, I just stick one of these on and let it do the magic. The patches are super thin and clear, so you can barely see them on your skin. I even wear them during the day sometimes if I’m just running errands, and no one notices. At night, they stay on all night without peeling off. What I love the most is how they flatten the pimple and absorb the gunk. I’ve been using these patches for several years, and they’re hands down the best solution I’ve found for pimples. The trick that works best for me is I lightly scratch the surface of the pimple (I use a product called tinkle razor - I know, weird name, but useful) before applying the patch. Doing that helps the patch really get to the underlying gunk and pull it all out. By morning, the spot looks noticeably smaller, less red, and so much easier to cover with makeup if needed. What I love most: Overnight results: I put it on before bed and wake up with clearer-looking skin Strong adhesion: it stays on all night, even if I toss and turn Non-irritating: I’ve never had redness or dryness after removing one Note - I never wear them during the day because on my skin, it's not discreet enough to wear in public (can't cover it with makeup).

The Mighty Patch has become a "must have" in my medicine cabinet. It is incredibly easy to apply, and has been very effective for me. They stay in for hours at a time. I have a cystic acne condition. When I get flare-ups, they are very deep and painful. Per recommendation of my dermatologist, I have started to put these patches on my flares. It helps bring them to a head and get quick relief from the pain! Also, this has been great in treating the occasional regular white head zit as well. I am a fan and will continue to buy this item in the future.

This is a super reliable product, it often gets the pimples off if I give it enough time (I usually leave it overnight). Sometimes it does take multiple tries. I've never had one fall off prematurely, and the size is generally pretty good for what I need. I just have some other brands I like better.

I’ve tried plenty of acne spot treatments, but these patches are by far the most effective. I put one on at night and by morning it pulls out everything without irritating my skin or leaving it dry. Where have they been all my acne-prone life! These are wonderful and work in two or three days. They are transparent on my light skin, but I only wear them at night. I don't use any moisturizer in the area. A boon to teenagers with frequent breakouts, I'm in my 70's.
