One chair cushion has a cut on the side. The hydraulic lever on one wasn’t installed properly, had to use pliers to make it work. Chairs are good besides the defects, and damages.

I was initially impressed with the appearance of the product, but after spending 20 minutes carefully unpacking all the parts, there were no assembly instructions included in the box. Since the assembly of each did include 14 hex head bolts and an Allen wrench, I proceeded to attach the base plate and the arms to the seat. The lift cylinder goes into the base, then, presumably the seat post goes over the the lift cylinder ( no instructions, so maybe I missed something ...). The lift lever had no effect on the height of the seat, and when I picked up the entire assembly, the gas cylinder fully extended, popping the seat off with no apparent way to push it back on. A very frustrating process and a waste of time and money, I would return this if I was able.

Despite my initial issues with the handle not connecting with the air cylinder to adjust the chair height, I am giving this product a 5-star rating for the outstanding customer service provided by the company.
