GIRtech INSA – is a special lightweight insulation brick which are used for lining heating units with a maximum temperature of use up to 2370 ° F, as an effective insulating or warming layer. Firebrick can be used in any type of domestic heating units, such as brick fireplaces, steel furnaces, heating stoves, barbecues and barbecue complexes as insulation. It is made from eco-friendly natural components and safe for human health This product could be used in industrial units as insulation and warming layer without contact with molten metals. Refractory masonry must be done on a fireclay/alumina mortar, for example GIRtech CONTACT-40 or GIRtech CONTACT Drymix. Before performing work, it is necessary to moisten the contact surface with some water. It is not recommended to use cement mixes as a masonry mortar. GIRtech INSA could be cuted or processed with a special tool if necessary Firebricks are packed in branded cardboard boxes of 4 pieces
