UPDATE 10-9-2025: I can't say enough about Giraffe Customer service. This unit suffered a lock up 2 weeks ago. It tripped the breaker. Reset the breaker and turned it back on and it buzzed very loudly, and it tripped the breaker again. I sent a quick email to Customer Support last weekend and the next day I got a return email offering to upgrade to the new version for a $55.00 difference. After I agreed they sent me a link, I paid the difference, and the new unit will be here this Saturday. BRAVO Giraffe For years I have had Gas and Electric Pressure washers. Gas has its usual problems and then if it sits over the winter and you forget to put fuel stabilizer in it and so on. Electrical, dragging extension cords and a water supply hose around is a pain. This Mounts to the wall. Run a water connection and plug it in. 100' of hose and you don't get tangled mess of extension cords and water supply hose. Winter comes, disconnect it, unplug it and sit in the shop or garage for winter. I put some of that pressure washer pressurized pump oil in it to keep it from corroding or freezing in the winter. To say I really like this would be an understatement. Well worth every penny if you use a pressure washer a lot like we do.

It’s great for general cleaning and washing cars. But like I said the flow switch sucks and sticks a lot so much I had to remove the side cover so I could tap it, it’s honestly not a hard unit to fix and it’s super convenient it seem the more I use it the less the flow switch sticks. Customer service responded I will let you know if they send parts Customer service sent me out a new machine without charging me for it, but as I continued to use the original machine, it started working fine. It just needed to wear in.

I recently purchased the Giraffe Washer, and initially, it worked great. However, after three months, the automatic reel stopped working, causing us to struggle as it tried to reel the hose back up. To make matters worse, one of the hoses inside the housing blew after just six months. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact Giraffe about these issues have been unsuccessful. Despite sending multiple emails and leaving several messages on their support line over the last two months, we are still awaiting a response. Overall, I'm highly disappointed with the Giraffe Washer and cannot recommend it to anyone currently.

So if it had the pressure/power it claims to have it would be a 5 star product. IT DOES NOT, it's a glorified garden hose, it will be good for cars, motorcycles and the occasional spill..if you're looking for a true pressure washer for your siding or fence or whatnot ..unfortunately, I say look elsewhere. Update: Nov 2nd I use this unit on my cars and motorcycles about once a week. The unit now is failing. Out of the blue, It runs for about a minute then shuts off. I'm thinking it must be a relay/saftey switch maybe its overheating? Anyhow the good news is I contacted Giraffe and they are sending out a new unit. We shall see..
