The media could not be loaded. Hooked it up and tested pressure, terrible with all tips, then the hoses blew apart. See video and pictures. I think this could be a great product with some quality assurance. Also does not have 2600 PSI!

This is a substantial piece of equipment. The weather here refuses to act like Spring but when it finally stops dropping into freezing territory. If you're interested in one, keep in mind here you want to install it. If it's going to be outdoors, You'll need to take it down in the fall before the freezing weather returns. I'm not sure of the exact weight but I'd guess it's better than 40lb so you might need help putting it up and taking it down. To me, I'd expect most that are interested in one of these will be installing outside. My situation had water under the deck leading into the house. I had to run a house from the spigot after I purchased a garden hose splitter and a Giraffe 25' hose to get to where I was going to install it. The next issue was electric. I wish the power cord was a bit longer, I think that was 6-8' long and not long enough to reach the outlet. This is my only concern at this point since I needed to buy a 6' extension cord and I bought a heavy duty one for the purpose, a 12 gauge which hopefully will be heavy enough. I had to mount it a bit higher than they recommended. However, after speaking to their support, which was excellent, and watching a couple of Youtube videos, I felt comfortable in how I hung it. You need a little under 10" to install the mounting plate with the four screws and you want them going into something substantial. As I said, I was working with a deck and I had a 2x10" I was mounting into. There was decking that I thought I might be able to slide the unit past, but the decking was overlapped just a little too much so I had to improvise. I had a scrap 2x6" available plus a 2x4" that I cut to the size of the plate and screwed it to the 2x10" at the very bottom. Now I had 4 inches of wood to screw the plate into. It's not going to move. Now, if you're young, you may be able to get the unit on the tracks but it is bulky so a friend is a big plus. Once on, you're home free. The instruction manual is very good and attaching the water and putting together the wand is a piece of cake. If you're an install and read later type, as I am normally, only hand tighten all that stuff. There's a warning about taking a wrench to it. Now it's ready to go. I'll update, probably next week, on how it performs. However, as long as I don't have an electric issue, I think it's going to work great. UPDATE- Finally put this to good use and love it! The winder to bring the hose back in works great. I put a 50' extension on to see how it would work with a longer hose and I saw no noticeable difference in the power. I didn't use the different nozzles as I have a multi-degree nozzle that I just switch to the desired nozzle degree needed. I wasn't overly impressed with the foam cannon but that's not what I ordered the machine for. I have a better one that I used and I'm still looking for an even better one. This is so much nicer than dragging out a portable and dealing with the cheap hoses. ... show more

This replaced my old pressure washer that I had for years, that pressure washer made me realize how much I dislike "hose management". So when I saw this retractable hose I was drawn in. This hose is so long the retracting feature is kind of a necessity, nevertheless it's a great feature. Because it has such a large hose, it's a fairly large unit, so the mount is awesome for storage, and it tucks up nicely higher on the wall. ... show more

Supplied also is foam soap cannon, four nozzle plug-in tips, Pressure Wand with storage on shaft top, short water hose, Mounting Hardware and User Manual that has installation and use instructions. The electrical cable has GFCI Safety Control. The mounting plate has four holes for Power Washer System installation. A small liquid level is provided to facilitate level mounting. The wall stud inserts ( wall anchor ) (4) and screws (4) included with the unit. The Power Washer unit is already assembled by the manufacturer with the 100 foot power hose on the reel. The pressure washer WAND or FOAM CANNON is fitted to hose per operation intended. Water and 110VAC Power Connection required for operation. The pressure washer WAND is two pieces. Metal extension screws into the handle assembly. There is a rubber sealing ring to push past and then the metal extension can be screwed and secured to handle. The handle attaches to hose with push button release/ Lock and then insertion of hose connector. Operation….. prior to applying power - turn on water. Hold handle to ON POSITION until solid water ( without air in water flow ) is evident. This purges all of the air from the washer. Apply power. If you have a lot of vehicles, then you really need to check this pressure washer out. We have several vehicles that are always in need of cleaning. When I showed this to our detailer a big smile came to his face! It installed easily and we are now up and running this 100' hose all over our compound. This is a real time saver for us. This is a decent washer. It has everything someone may need. The only problem I had with it was the manual. It does not say anything other than bunch of safety rules so I had to find couple videos to figure out how to assemble it.
