I have to share the blame in that I did not look close enough into the product description. The hose itself is good quality and the longest coupler (two female ends) I could find. However, the hardware part is NOT brass or metal - it is plastic. I would have gladly paid extra for brass. I'd rate the hose (minus the hardware) 5 stars, with the PLASTIC hardware 3-4 stars. Overall, it does get the job done!
