I had my plumber install it. It looks sleek and modern. Well made. You have to leave the water handle in the 'on' position for the touchless feature to work. Takes a little getting use to but it's sooo convenient! The hose has a really good reach to it. I love it...so far!

The faucet is nice and heavy. It just feels like a nice solid faucet. Unlike most that you find at the big box stores. At the 1 year mark, the electric eye came loose and disappeared into the main body of the faucet, leaving it uselesss for a bit. This happened on a Sunday morning. Contacted them mid day Sunday through Amazon. Got a response asking for a picture at about 4:30PM. Sent them a picture, and by 7:30 that same Sunday night, they responded and said a new faucet was on the way, as well as giving me quick options to bypass the electronics (NO, you don't just disconnect it), so I could use the faucet. It's in my basement kitchen, so I didn't bother with that. Tuesday morning, before 10AM, my faucet was sitting outside my garage door! Man, I figured that I'd be lucky to get it by the weekend, but in just a day and a half, and starting on a Sunday is pretty fantastic. I highly recommend!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Once installed, this thing is great! Exactly what I was looking for. But.........understand that installation - if you are replacing an existing faucet, will be a challenge. If you are not mechanically inclined, you will struggle. You can do it but it will require patience. The fitting you will connect the faucet to the sink to is BEHIND the sink and likely the garbage disposal. My under sink area is also small - about 22" wide. The only way for me to reach the nut to loosen the old one and tighten the new one was to sit on floor, back to sink, and reach up behind (blind) to grab the nut. Tightening the new one you use a nut they provide but it is tightened by tightening 2 screws to cinch it up. again, screwdriver - blind. Not fun. Also, one of the snap connections is high up - because they made the tube connected to the faucet too short. Another blind behind the back ordeal. There is a special place in hell for engineers that designed this and starters on mid-seventy-eighty GM cars....... The wire to the control box is too short as well - and wire is cheap - C'mon engineers - 10 more cents of wire and it would have been easy. Now, if a new install, none of the above likely matters. You put this in before the sink - assuming it doesn't go through the sink and before the disposal is in. But this is certainly being marketed as a DIY replacement so C'mon. But, using this thing is great. I was a bit concerned about the sensitivity of the handsfree - but it is just right. Oh, also, if you are replacing an old one, do NOT throw away the old one before installing this one. They provided short water feed lines and I needed the extensions from the old one to make it to the feed lines. Again, c'mon engineers. Tell the bonehead managers to shove it and include another foot or so of supply line. Looks fairly well made. I will update in future if it disappoints. ... show more

They did a great job with this product and pricing it correctly. It was super easy to install and it is clean looking. The device control the water pressure on and off well. I also reached out to customer service to get a spare part for the battery connection. They responded very quickly and provided an excellent service and shipped me the spare part. ... show more

I've had my faucet for 1.5 years and one day it stopped working. I emailed customer service and had a response within hours. They sent me parts but that still didn't fix the issue. As soon as I reached back they responded and sent me a new controller and that had it back up and running
