Easy to install, and looks nice. The only reason I knocked one star off was because of the sensor being super sensitive. It faces forward and I'm constantly accidentally turning the water off when I'm actively trying to use the faucet. Slight annoyance, but overall still a good purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I did not want to resort to this, but I am over this company and their product. I should have know better when I first made a purchase and it did not work. I accepted a replacement and did not have a problem until 2 years and a day. I contacted Amazon and they advised to contact the seller via email. I contacted the seller. They offered to send a replacement after I sent them a video of the issue and pictures. They sent the item and the box was damaged. Once again I should have prepared myself. I paid for the faucet to be installed and it did not work. I was sent a refurbished product and they removed all the components from the box. I have request a refund at this point due to time and money wasted. I asked if for the refund to my Amazon account 4 times. They keep stating okay but please answer this question. They keep asking me questions that I have already answered. I am fed up! You pay for a product and expect it to last. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.
