Don't know what happened with my experience, but I received a pretty poorly packaged gimbal (lightly wrapped in bubble wrap with one piece of scotch tape). In addition, the lens element was extremely dirty, and when installed into the drone the calibration process was buggy. And finally, there was no image on the phone after connecting to the DJI Go 4 app. Just requested a replacement so will be happy to update after my second attempt.
