Cat can miss the box when it pees. It goes between the plastic part right on the floor. Plus if the collection box gets full the the litter box stays closed so then the cat has no place to go to the bathroom. The app is useless doesn’t let you know if it’s full. Waste of money. Won’t buy again.

It looked a few days for my cat to trust it. But now he uses it jumps out to watch it do the clean up. I love how easy it is to remove the bag from the bottom tray and it saves me money on cat litter be ause I don't have to change it as often.

This is fairly small so you may want to measure before getting it. Also the back half of the waste drawer fills first, the waste is not spread throughout the drawer so you have to keep opening it to redistribute the waste evenly. Four stars because it's a good price but I would rather spend a little more for a larger box that I didn't have to worry about the waste drawer not filling evenly.

It does not mitigate smell, unsure how to do the aroma thing that they say they have. Not great for $200. Also too small for my 10 pound guy, even though he’s rather slim. Will be a pain to return :( Wish there were more reviews before I purchased but they were all for the dumb gray cat litter tin. In all, it doesn’t dispose the clumps of litter well and started going off and circulating randomly. Returning and just purchased the litter robot 4 for longevity purposes and is overall much better w a 3 year warranty. Overall, don’t cheap out, also this one wastes SO much litter (see picture)
