This thing really works the core, legs, and even arms. Just 10-15 reps leave me winded for a minute and I am decently in shape. I have been using it for about a month (50-75 reps 3-4x/week) and I definitely see more definition in my abs. I believe it is strengthening other areas as well based on the muscles that are engaged. The assembly was quick and simple. Its easy to store and doesn’t take up much room. The first thing I noticed when I started exercising my mid section was how sturdy and smooth the machine is. I’m a guy, 6’3’’ at 225 lbs. This thing doesn’t budge, it’s built solid. I did 25 rep’s on the lowest incline level , and I was feeling like I had done 4 sets of 50 rep’s with sit-ups and leg raises. The next day I was very sore, and that’s the way I can tell the exercise was very effective. If this device doesn’t shred your mid section after daily use for a month, along with cutting out all sugar, bread, sweets, and drink tons of water. Nothing is going to work. I can highly recommend this device to anyone without hesitation. I’m up to 2 sets, of 40 reps each on the low incline level, and I’m beginning to see results. Great buy💪

Put together completely in about 30 min. Directions with pics are super simple. Very few parts to connect. Very sturdy. Avoid back strain by truly placing arms in the arm rest. It held my 5’8 194lb frame with no issue and felt safe. I imagine big results in this small machine.

I hurt my tail bone many years ago, and it has never fully recovered. Doing situps can be difficult for me as a consequence. This completely solves that problem. I like this device a lot. It folds up to a fairly compact size. It is light enough to move around easily. I'm 210lbs on a good day, and this holds my weight solidly enough, though it creaks a bit and the way it feels makes me question how long it's going to be before I have a problem.

I even took it over to a friend sleepover party - that’s how compact it is! I seriously cannot bloat my stomach anymore; my abdominal muscles are so well toned. I can enjoy a lot more food! The media could not be loaded. My wife is about 90 lbs. I'm 180 lbs. It holds my weight with no issues. The instructions were easy to follow. Just doing a couple sets of 10, and we feel the burn. I don't regret this buy.

I have a few problems with this product, but I'll start by saying, it's fine, I guess. The worst part is that it works fine, so I don't feel like spending more money to get a better one. It is really small and narrow, and I feel absurd using it as a 270lbs man, but I can use it and it hasn't broken in any way yet. I am however terrified every time I use it that it might break because it is so small and light. It doesn't take up much space, and folds nicely for storage though. Unfortunately there is no reasonable way to do obliques with this and it has the dumbest leg pads known to man. Overall I would say spend a few extra buck to get a higher quality item if you're over 200lbs or 6'3". If you want to work obliques look elsewhere.
