The reason I ended up choosing this motherboard is because the amount of features you get for what you pay such as the Bluetooth, and WIFI included on board. There is a lot of small things that make this board great to, such as the integrated I/O shield, Dual Bios, AMP UP Audio, and much more! I Built this computer for school, This board featured everything I wanted plus more. The motherboard bios is pretty simple, although some people might need to run a bios update prior to using for certain things. The motherboard is very nice, everything is very simple, But if you run into issues refer to your manual. Gigabyte motherboards in my opinion, are the best bang for your buck. They also have a nice Bios thats user friendly whether you're a beginner or advanced user. Can't beat the prices and this board is perfect for a budget friendly system. Next step up is the X570 which I am running daily. Let me start by saying I'm a huge fan of Gigabyte MB and have purchased them for years on builds when my customers ask me to surprise them. Obviously there's a budget or I'd get carried away lol. Unfortunately I was sent a different mb which I'm sure is a simple mistake. They say, everything happens for a reason because I purchased one from a local seller who built the pc and ended up needing to sell for personal reasons. Never got to enjoy it. Tested great and I paid $50. Good board and I have nothing negative to say about seller since everyone makes mistakes. If it wasn't for the mistake I'd never have saved $50. Only dislike was it not being the wifi version. Oh well! I recommend this board for a budget friendly gaming pc. Make sure you look at the mb when shipped. Mine was packaged with the correct box but wrong pc. I only noticed because there wasn't wifi spots to hook into and my employee installed it. Happy gaming everyone! ** I have a Liquid Cooled Gigabyte X570 Elite Wifi with 128gb RAM fully loaded with Ryzen 9 3100X CPU and FTW3 3070TI Ultra GPU.     • Bios Easy to Update with CPU but no Q Flash. UPDATE: Newer boards may be 5000 ready out of the box
I bought this in March 2022 and it came with the F51 bios, meaning ready for the Ryzen 3000 series CPS. Out of the box it worked fine with my Ryzen 7 2700. [with a GPU] With that CPU installed, I was able to update to the newest bios (F63a) and swap in a Ryzen 5 5600G [APU]. The update process was pretty easy since I already had a CPU on hand; however, this board does NOT have Q Flash, so you are going to need a Ryzen 1,2, or 3000 series CPU to get it running. That probably explains why such a quality board is selling at budget prices. Not everyone has an old CPU laying around. Other than having to use the older CPU to update the bios, I'm loving the board so far. The Gigabyte software for running the RGB is also better than some other brand motherboards I have recently built. Update: I bought a second board at the end of the month to use with my old Ryzen 2700 and the box now says ready for Ryzen 5000. The first board I bought a few weeks earlier said ready for Ryzen 3000, compatible with Ryzen 1000 / 2000 and had the F51 bios. I was worried that the new 5000-series compatible board would not work with my old Ryzen 2700 but it started up and operates just fine. Appears to be using the F60 bios. ... show more

I like everything about the motherboard except when you get Unsupported Hardware problems. It took me a month to figure out everything was updated except Microsoft has it's glitches in it's software. I had to go to find out what was the problem and it's just Microsoft wanting more money. Windows 10 kept on crashing and Windows 11, I use Windows 8 and it works great. And there is a way of turning off Unsupported Hardware. Just that you have to have no updates and get yourself antivirus and firewall program that's not Microsoft's. Windows defender doesn't work at all with this motherboard. I like the idea that you can control the motherboard they way you like. ... show more

Update to the original review based on experience after replacement to 4 stars Turns out I just got a bunk board the first time. So after Amazon politely replaced it and having used it for several months now. I have to say it works really well. The wifi works very well. Bluetooth as well. Everything I have plugged into it has just worked. My two cons and why I still knocked a star off. Con One - It has a crap ton of sata ports. However if you use the on the motherboard NVME slots (There are two) it has to disable some of those same numerous sata ports to allow for the bandwidth needed for NVME performance. Con Two - The fact that I got a bad board in the first place. I know they can't QA everything but this is the second time dealing with Gigabyte that I have gotten a bunk MB from the beginning. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Previous Review~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I really wanted to like this Motherboard. It has an awesome selection of supported items and flexible options like wifi/bluetooth. But this thing has been an non-stop pain in the rear from the get go. First install get prompted for a restart and then all of the sudden it stops seeing one of my drives and takes forever to load. I restarted again after another round of updates and then... it won't load Windows at all and stops seeing another one of my connected sata drives. So I figure okay maybe bad cabling. Replace that and still not working. Try to reinstall windows on the MB socketed NVME drive. MB sees the drive but says windows can't be installed to that device. Even though it can see it. Throws an error about not being able to install. (Yes folks it's the MBR device) Try another drive a 480 Gig and this one it reports is a 2 TB drive that I can't do anything with. Says 2 TB of space 0 Available and won't allow me to change anything or try to delete/clear the drive. Try to use a sata drive to boot up won't let even let me run the windows installer at this point because it says it can't find any drives. Tried switching the BIOS's a few times rolling forward and back to differing versions and ... nada. So within a few hours of having this put together with components it appears that the HD controller failed. Because no matter what I do it gives me bad info about the size and available storage of the HD's connected or doesn't see them or won't let me boot off of them. Amazon support was also less than helpful when I contacted them. I was transferred to 3 people over the course of 1 and a half hours. Till the final person took some ownership and stopped asking me the same questions over and over again and got me a replacement. However it will be the same Motherboard. Not sure I really like that but... I'll give it a try and see how this one works. If it goes well I'll update my review. If it goes wrong... well this is the second time I've bought a computer related item from Amazon and had it turn into a sheet show. I may have to go back to getting my electronics at Best Buy and NewEgg. ... show more

I bought this motherboard back in June 26, 2021 sorry for the delay with my review seller, but I say it was definitely worth it to say I fully recommend this motherboard, it comes with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth. despite so many people and sources telling me it was a bad purchase with my Ryzen 3700x because it would possibly need a BIOs upgrade, I can comfortably say that is false information, the motherboard came with the bios update already installed, it was all just a plug & play situation when installing it. its my second motherboard, and its the best I've ever had so far. I fully support this product, and I'd buy it again if anything were to occur with it, which I doubt considering the quality this brand has placed onto it. I love this motherboard! ... show more

I got this board because I wanted a quality board with on-board wifi. The on-board wifi boosted my signal to double what I was getting before with a small nano usb from asus. No offense to them, the on-board wifi is just built to better acquire higher signal strength, it also has a decent sized magnetic antenna so you can place it closest to your wireless router. As far as the RGB for the board, its glitchy, not the best. I also tried calling Gigabyte about this and they basically said (after 45 min on hold) that I had to uninstall any other RGB software and then reinstall theirs, I did this, and it didnt work. But I dont mind the RGB not always working. I find if you set it and then shut down your computer, then actually cut the power at the switch on the power supply, it sort of resets it and works, sometimes... ... show more
