Wife just had major surgery wanted the comfort of a hospital bed cause any relief is nearly priceless. I am 6 ft so with head and feet raised my feet hang off but is fine just honorable mention. Remote fairly easy to pair. Company provided good packaging, second layer of cardboard would most likely fix the reocourane of damage. Extra packaging protection will reduce shipping damage, big overall result would offset returns by 80% would result in bottom line reinforcement and increase customer satisfaction. Bottom line pack it better higher referral rate equals increase in new sales. Unpack needs two people. Also company should put orange tags on required electrical connections, there is a lot of wires on bottom side. My queen memory foam mattress rocks on this frame. It has gotten a new lease. While I had no damage, it could happen easily. Inspect the box at delivery, most hidden damage will have outside signs of trauma. Bed operation is silky smooth and quiet. Vibe modes have something for every occasion, only real noise the bed eminates. Update several months down the road; No issues, the unit functions just as well as it did on unpacking day. Fantastic bed!!! We paired it with our existing Memory-Foam mattress, a match made in heaven.

I did hours and hours of research for an adjustable base for my mattress to help with back pain. I settled for this one due to the low price and nice features. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!! This bed frame arrived quickly and was easily put together by myself. It worked well, nice adjustments and memory buttons on the remote. I have had the frame for 7 months. The warranty has run out and so has the mechanics of the base. Initially, the company (not amazon) was helpful and offered to pay me $20 to have someone fix it, even though the warranty had run out. I was very appreciative. I asked, however, if they would send me a new remote. I figured maybe that was the problem since the remote has begun to short out (the flashlight kept blinking etc). They sent me a replacement remote. I emailed to let them know that that didn't fix things, and I have had no correspondence back from them since. SO, they did honor their 6 month warranty, and even went above it by sending me a new remote. BUT the $600 frame only works for 6 months!! I'm off to an actual bed store to purchase another adjustable base and spend more money. Please don't make the same mistake

My Giantex bed frame worked non-stop for 4 years then suddenly stopped. I bought a new $15 power supply and its back in action. I love the vibrating massage "Magic Fingers" (if you're old enough to remember those). Puts me right to sleep. The power supply is a Ponkor Recliner Power Supply, AC/DC Switching Power Supply Transformer 2-pin 29V/24V 2A Adapter with AC Power Cord for Electric Power Recliner Lift Chair, available on Amazon.

THIS THING IS HEAVY, but once it's in your room you just plug it in and relax. I would recommend putting a piece of foam under the legs if you have wood floors but this is an amazing product. The multi-mode vibration makes it great for nights when I don't want it too loud or aggressive. The variable sitting positions eliminate the need for a chain in my room and it works with almost every mail order bed (I'm on my third for my back problems) and it helps so much with my comfort levels. The white flashlight remote makes it easy to use. Don't hesitate this base rocks.

I did received it sooner then expected. My daughter and Son in law set it up for me. I am 86 with heart problems and my feet stay swollen most all the time. I do wake up often during the night. I will change the setting on my bed which is a big help for me. I have found keep my feet elevated has help the swelling in my feet. I have been getting up in the morning and they are not swollen and don't seam to swell much during the day. There is another big plus in have the adjustable base, it makes it so easy to change sheets. I raise the head and it is so simple and easy to remove and replace the sheet. Not stooping over and trying to lift the very heavy mattress make it forth even more. I do also raise the foot after I get the head finished and put back down. I have a 12 inch mattress so I don't raise the head and foot at the same time while I am not in bed. It is well worth the price I spent on it.

I read all the reviews. There were five 1 star reviews & a couple of 3 stars, but the majority were 5s. I was concerned about not being able to get warranty info, but this was the only adjustable frame I could afford at the time so I pushed away the concern. BIG MISTAKE! I purchased it in mid-October, but couldn't set it up in early January (2019); it died last night (5/30/2019). I should have listened to my instincts, as I still cannot find any warranty info! I've emailed the company. Nothing yet, but I'm crossing my fingers. It's still early. I'll update this in a few days. The least expensive one that I found today on Amazon with free shipping is $323. They also sell a 5 year warranty for $56. That $379 is still substantially less expensive than I paid for this one! If I had rated this base a couple of months ago, it would have been all 5s! I will gladly update this review if the company comes through with a helpful response! It works great and has been fantastic for my back problems... until it stopped working!
