Great price for a full featured mattress. Napped on it but no long term use due to guest room placement. Will ask guests for explicit feedback over the next few years and report back. As another reviewer mentioned; Longevity is key on a mattress. Reviewing straight-away is not always the best way to accurately rate a product IMO. Four stars for product value, no funny smells and decent/albeit abbreviated experience with comfort. 04072023 UPDATE, First guests report that this bed is comfortable but HOT. Three nights of use. Perhaps a BedJet is in order or a ChiliPad. We will see after a few more folks give this mattress a test drive. Will be back with updates as promised. 04182025 UPDATE, Been sleeping on this bed for the last two months while remodeling our master. Generally comfortable yet it gets HOT without remediation measures. Using a hydronic bed cooler with a refrigerant compressor design. This helps immensely. No low spots or noticeable degradation of the mattress at this time. Good sleep and great value since 2023 purchase.

The bed itself didn't end up inflating to the full 10" initially so I gave a rang to GhostBed to review replacement options or if there's something we didn't think of to try to encourage this guy to inflate. The bed itself was fine otherwise, and surprisingly comfortable to sleep on but for my personal preference this was a little too soft (a "medium" feel, versus "medium-firm" perhaps?). The inflation issue primarily affected the sides of the mattress, and as I'm 9 months pregnant, that's a no-go for me to be able to sit up/leave the bed, and access the crib. When contacting Ghost, the customer service was phenomenal. They discussed the options, were very communicative and quick to get back to us between the normal back/forth you'd expect when making a warranty claim. I previously had the Classic 11" mattress through GhostBed and it felt "just right" as Goldilocks would say. I think I'll stick with my Classic 11" bed style via Ghost, but I'm confident that they would've replaced the 10" Ultimate without issue. I ended up requesting an upgrade back to the Classic 11" based on my preferences, which was a very easy process and tiny upcharge accordingly, but would still recommend the company overall. Ordering through Amazon was easy and convenient, but a wise note, any claims/concerns will go first through Amazon's processes to get the right Ghost rep for you.

Self-reporting as "medium firm" this mattress has all the firmness of a marshmallow after 10 month of use. Craters in the middle, and I often wake up as my butt is about to slide off it altogether. Being on the low end of chonk I don't believe that I place unreasonable expectations upon this mattress. It's inexpensive, but also quite a challenge to a good night sleep.

Bed is reasonably firm with the top memory foam layers quite comfortable. But although advertised as being 10" tall, after 4 full days out of the packaging when it wasn't used at all, it only measures a little over 8" tall. This replaced our old Ghostbed queen that finally got dents that wouldn't go away after 6 years, but was a full 10" tall.

Great deal on a bundle. Ghost beds are competitively priced and this frame it fantastic. The frame took several days longer to arrive because of warehouse location. The Mattress was hear within 2 days. It was easy to set up. Very sturdy frame. I should have bought one a decade ago.
