I’ve had a Gevi espresso machine for the last 6 years, my old machine works great, but we were looking to get a newer machine as the old one has done some workkkkk over the last few years. Originally we bought a Breville Bambino- and hated it because it wasn’t easy to use and the espresso tasted terrible every time. So we opted for a newer version of our old faithful. This is almost identical except has some upgraded functions like the pressure gauge and customization to the length of the shots. This is a great daily espresso machine for those who want good tasting espresso without a full system. I would suggest if you use pre-ground coffee to grind it even finer so that you’ll get a better shot pull. This also fits really nicely on our countertops, since it’s a compact and slim machine. It’s also not incredibly heavy so no need for those appliance wheels to move it around your counters. The instructions it came with are easy to follow if it’s your first time using this type of machine, and the design of the machine is VERY user friendly & my husband likes how easy it is to get 2 espresso shot without any fuss.

I absolutely love my espresso machine. It’s compact so it doesn’t take much room up on my counter. It’s easy to use if you follow the directions. The grinder is legit!!! The hot wand is perfect for frothing. I love it!

I did a lot of research , looking at negative reviews of machines in this price point with these features. I find that a better way of buying a product. I had bought a similar machine a yer ago and it was useless so I was very skeptical about this one. Only had it 4 days but super impressed. Its had lots of use. Easy to use. Very good coffee. For the price this is worth every penny. Machine is pretty light so I have had to wrestle a bit to lock and unlock the handle. But still its a great find. I am very very picky with my coffee. Prefer double espresso with a tiny bit of milk. The frother is amazing. Gets super hot steamy loads of foam quickly. Looks very nice on the counter. Update. 7 weeks of use. The outer metal sheath of steamer will not stay on the little rubber gasket thingy. Falls off. Machine still works fine.

I previously worked at a coffee shop and can say this works almost a as well as a commercial grade espresso machine! I can make coffee shop quality coffee right at home for a fraction of the price. The grinder also works very well, it needs cleaned out often to function properly or it will get an oily build up and will not grind as quickly.

Bought this having low expectations considering the price, but have been pleasantly surprised. I’ve used cheaper machines: trash. I’ve used much more expensive machines, and while they do offer a few more options, this little thing gets the job done. If you’ve used an espresso machine before then you know what this does. If I was looking for one addition, it would be a way to keep it stable on the countertop; it will move around quite a bit because it’s pretty small and lightweight. It went from something I thought I’d use a few times a week to an almost daily ritual. Highly recommended.

If you're considering Gevi's Espesso Machine for ease of use, think again. The initial set-up caused problems, with no water coming thru spouts, which led me into a loop of Trouble Shooting pages: "If Solution A doesn't work, turn to page 45" ... Not worth the hassle.

This was ABSOLUTELY worth the money. The frother is loud, but oh well! I get a fantastic cup of coffee! The instructions are great to help learn how to use the machine. Never going back to pour over!
