I ordered this product because it only had 5 star reviews and it looked like if made good size foamy cups of expresso. It was also a good deal because I got a 50% discount offer. But when I got it I saw that it was made of white plastic, not very heavy and the 2 shots option made only 2 very small shots. As it made the shots it vibrated to the point of the cups moving around. When I went back to read the 5 star reviews, to my surprise, none of the reviews were for this coffee maker but rather for either frothing cups or a toaster. Not one review was for this coffee maker. In essence, I bought it for the 100% 5 star reviews but in actuality it had zero reviews. This should be the first one. I decided to look for an actual stainless steel one that has actual reviews by verified purchasers and quickly return it.

I noticed the machine I received has a factory defect in that it’s missing the graphics to select the function which makes it very difficult to use unless you read the instruction booklet for photos showing the selector dial positions. I contacted the manufacturer to see what can be done and am waiting for a reply. It does make good espresso as far as I can tell. I usually do double shots twice to get a strong Americano coffee. Haven’t tried the milk frother yet, but it seems to give off good steam.

I received this as a gift and at first I loved it. It made delicious coffee and was simple and easy to use. I was slightly annoyed by the water reservoir as it would continuously leak at the lure lock system and leave a puddle on my counter, so I would have to remove the water reservoir after each use as well. After about 2-3 weeks of use and proper care after each use per manual recommendations, it turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. Completely broken. I reached out to the company via email asking for some sort of help/recovery to my short lived espresso machine and never received a response. Very disappointing.
