Tried to cook some burgers I got from Costco, could only fit 2 on there. No big deal, I just cooked 2 more later, but still. I figured I could fit at least 3 on there. I had to rate temperature control, as far as I know, there is none. And cleaning is not easy, I recommend using aluminum foil lining on it. It works good. Its a bit of a hassle to clean with loose fitting top and cord. It cant be submerged which is understandable but adds a level of dexterity needed. Decently sturdy. Only complaint is that a simple green scratchy to get grease off started rubbing off the nonstick material
