I bought this because my Water Pik finally died. No problems until it fell off the counter and stopped working. I've tried charging it several times and inserting different attachments but it doesn't work. The charging causes the lights to blink until they don't. That's as good as it gets. NEW PURCHASE ALREADY UNUSABLE and there's NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH THE COMPANY.

I like how after using the water dental flosser my teeth feel so clean I just wish the water would last longer but then it would be huge, it's worth the time to fill it up after I've gone over each section, the flosser does make a mess but it's well worth it, the first time you use it there will be quite a bit of blood even on the lowest setting but that tells me I haven't flossed enough, it isn't long before your gums don't bleed, I'd recommend it.
