So I was actually researching an unrelated supplement for a friend and the Genius brand popped up... I started researching and ended up ordering 3 different Genius supplements... I am SO IMPRESSED with this one! My background: I’ve been dealing with serious depression, weight gain, easily become overwhelmed by things, I do lots of stress eating, no desire to do anything really... I am diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and Depression, but quit taking prescriptions a few years ago and went the natural route with CBD (which worked amazing for my anxiety/depression, until it just stopped working about 4-5 months ago). Maybe this winter was just especially harsh, but I’ve been needing something to help me get out of this funk, and had been considering prescriptions again when I saw Genius Joy on here. So, I’m on day 9 and all I can say is I feel amazing and hope this stuff keeps working!! I will definitely keep you updated! Since day one I noticed my mood was much better (less irritable, more agreeable), and I definitely have more energy during the day. Even more impressive (to me) is that I actually have the drive and desire to do things... tackle the dishes, vacuum, walk the dogs, hit the gym, etc. - things that I would dread and procrastinate before. Since starting these supplements, I’ve just been doing those things without my mind dwelling on them long enough to build up anxiety or stress. I have also been wanting to lose a significant amount of weight but didn’t have the willpower to walk away from unhealthy food, and I feel much more happy and in control. Serving size: The recommended serving size is 4 capsules/day but I started with just 1 capsule of Genius Joy, and 1/2 scoop of Genius Consciousness drink mixed with about 6oz water in the morning on an empty stomach. I don’t take anymore in the afternoon except my normal vitamins/supplements with lunch. At bedtime I’m experimenting with taking just a L-theanine supplement by itself, which is one of the components of Genius Joy and also in the Genius Sleep Aid. Side effects I’ve noticed since starting Genius Joy/Consciousness: my eye started twitching (finally stopped on day 8) and several days by bedtime my eyes feel a little strained and the back of my head is tight/tense - I do spend a lot of time on my computer. I’m not sure if these are just initial/adjusting side effects or completely unrelated. Experimenting with dosage... A few days ago I upped to 2 caps and 3/4 scoop in the morning, but it was way too much for me - I had so much energy that I felt like I had a sugar high, I was so hyper! So I went back to one capsule & half a scoop and it is exactly what I need to get me up and going for now. That works great for me since the stuff is pretty pricy anyway. Yesterday I had some stuff going on and I didn’t take my capsule all day until I noticed that I was super cranky. I took one capsule at about 5pm, but then I had trouble trying to go to sleep about 4-5 hrs later, so I would caution against taking it too late in the day. Overall - highly impressive. I love that the company isn’t just packing a ton of caffeine/stimulants into this but has an awesome balance of ingredients to support energy + mood support + stress management. I hope my experience helps someone!! I will keep you updated as my journey continues :)

I’m a 40yo Mother of 9 who unfortunately deals with Depression, ADD, Anxiety, PTSD, & Bipolar 2 Disorder, along with all the rollercoaster ups & downs (mostly downs) that comes with it. The depressive states are what hit me hardest and I find myself battling tough mood swings that come out as short-fused anger. Even though I did find the magical combo of meds that seems to help a lot, I don’t like the thought of putting man-made chemicals in my body that can have nasty side-effects. Genius JOY has been a complete blessing in turning my moods around and for the first time in a long time I’m finding myself actually enjoying my mornings, smiling more often, laughing, and ready to take on the day with a positive mindset!! Mind. BLOWN! I take 2 easy-to-swallow capsules right when I wake up and that’s it. It’s made a world of difference in how I interact with my kids & how much more patience I have with them AND my Husband. I’ve been taking JOY for about a month, but I could feel a big difference in my mood almost from the very 1st day. For the first time in a long time, I feel good...normal! I have managed to stop taking my prescription medicine altogether and now use only JOY in conjunction with Genius MUSHROOMS & CONSCIOUSNESS. I have ZERO negative side-effects, have energy to tackle the day, can concentrate, and the best part, I’m HAPPY! Even though JOY is an amazing all-natural supplement, I do want to mention that those who suffer from Depression and/or Bipolar 1 or 2, absolutely MUST talk to your Dr before taking JOY, because it could interact badly with the meds you currently take and not in a good way! So important!! Otherwise, I couldn’t recommend this and all Genius Brand products enough. They’re lifesaving!! So grateful to The Genius Brand for creating such magnificent supplements!!!

Can a silly supplement actually do anything to help with anxiety, stress, and mood? I asked myself that question and the only way to find the answer was to give it a shot and I did. Never in a million years did I think something like this would work. I’m not into supplements and I’m really not a fan of some of the gimmicks out there in the supplement world. For some reason I decided to give this one a shot and boy am I happy I did. I have been dealing with anxiety and a lot of stress from the usual suspects, work, family, and just everyday life challenges. I can sit here writing this review and confidently say that this supplement is a life changer for me. I started taking this and even during the first day I noticed the effects. I was going through the day as normal and all of the sudden I thought to myself “wow I feel really good” and then I remembered that I took Genius Joy that morning. This really took the edge off for me and I just felt at ease with life in general. I have even taken this with GENIUS SLEEP AID - Smart Sleeping Pills & Adrenal Fatigue Supplement, Natural Stress, Anxiety & Insomnia Relief - Relaxation Enhancer and Mood Support w/ Inositol, L-Theanine & Glycine - 40 capsules at night and I’ve gotten amazing sleep, thats also probably another reason why I feel less stressed. I really want to make sure that this product gets out there for people because I really truly believe that this product works and it works well. More people should try this. Everyone goes through times where they are down and things aren’t going the way they should. I feel like this product can help a lot of people that just need a little pick me up to get them back on their feet. Lastly, I just want to say thank you to The Genius Brand for this product. Again, I really think this product should be out there in the mainstream for others to enjoy. I understand that everyone’s body is different but this product is definitely worth a shot.
