So far, it arrived with a pretty decent sized gouge in the metal , the liner is incredibly cheap and too big so we were unable to smooth it out properly, the ladder is missing parts.....we haven't finished setting it up yet so I will update once we get to the filter and pump.....but so far it's been pretty disappointing. Update: They sent a $100 refund for the dents....which felt inadequate. I spent over $2k on a pool that has dents. They offered to send the ladder clips that were missing but honestly if you buy this pool plan to THROW THE LADDER AWAY. It is extremely unstable and cheaply made. We finally got it filled and the pump hooked up and the pump does not work. I really absolutely would just 100% not recommend this pool unless you want a big headache, missing broken parts, and a headache. Edit: this just keeps getting worse. They sent a box of parts for the clip replacement.....the clips aren't in there. We have barely been able to use the pool and the ladder is rubbing the side so bad that paint has come off. At this point it's not just the pool that I wouldn't buy, it's the company that I will never purchase anything from again. When I asked about the pump they sent me videos and information like we did something wrong. The pump parts were manufactured wrong. BIGGEST HEADACHE EVER. Update: went to open the pool for the season, the trap lid and filter handle plastic completely snapped. The liner is now leaking. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS!!!! Update: going on our 3rd summer of not really being able to use the pool. They never made the situation right with the ladder. The pump is the wrong size for this type of pool and parts keep breaking and we can't find parts for it because it's a generic piece of trash. DO NOT BUY THIS POOL!!!!!!! ... show more

The stairs had 3 of the same sides so I couldn’t use them. I have explained this through chat but the company just keeps asking what’s wrong with it.

It was not easy for us to install, however, we are older and we had a considerable amount of dirt work that had to be done to make our area level, this involved digging down and putting a retaining wall in the back to ensure the pool didn't move. We ended up hiring some local guys to install it and are glad we did. It took several days due to the temperature. Pros: sturdy and good size. Cons: The ladder is garbage. It was rickety no matter what we tried. My husband built us a sturdy one to use, because we are klutzy. Filter/Pump: The pump/filter that comes with this pool is too small for the size. It requires 24/7 running and backwashing twice daily to keep the pool clean. The water however, is crystal clear two months later. Basically, this is a great pool if you have the time and energy to keep up with it. ... show more

    • Good pool but horrible assembly
The pool looks great but you better have at least 8 people to install. Everything better be spot on as far as measurements and level. The directions are terrible to follow nothing is labeled. I have been working on it for 4 days and it's still not done

    • Not as easy as described
This pool was not as easy to set up as it claims. We ended up paying a professional $950 to install. We had already done the digging and leveling with fill sand. We had 5 people to help put up but the wall would not stay in the rail and the rail would not stay in the plates. The liner will probably only last 3 years and we will be having to replace. I recommend getting a professional to purchase and setup a pool. Don't waste time or money on this pool. ... show more
