The bike was easy to put together, however putting it together it didn't work; I put in for a return two times and didn't a responses and I called Amazon customer service where they put in a return request and I still get a responses. I did get a refund

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately I am very upset with this purchase I think I got someone else’s used return. When you pay almost a 1000 dollars for a product that says 80% of the item is already built but it is in pieces and they are damaged and pieces are bent and holes to not match up this is a waste. I have attached pictures and videos and I am super disappointed, first one of the front fenders is damaged and it looks like they literally painted it with a sharpie so it wouldn’t look like it was damaged, but it’s bent in two places then when you put on the front fender, it hits up against the steering column so you can’t turn that front tire the holes don’t line up for you to adjust the front tire. The right brake pad anchor was bent so it wouldn’t reach the steering column is all scratched up. You can see in the video in pictures.

check tires on rear make sure arrow goes right direction,check brake rotor same way arrow points forward had to redo both on one side.also the plastic/rubber lock on the fold mech. needs attention my first ride it came undone and i wiped out.needs a lock mech. of some sort,i put clamp on to hold it shut.cant move menu on display to change it to mph?needs 500 motor not 250
