Update: I tried out the replacement PC and it works well. I have returned the old PC and they refunded the shipping to me. Thank you, Geekom Brand Store Customer Service! Excellent customer experience! PS - The tech support were asking me to do a lot of troubleshooting. The brand store gave excellent service by doing a replacement. Update: After I submitted the below review, the Geekom Brand Store got in touch with me and offered a refund. I suggested a replacement. Now they have sent it. However, after about a month of use, my wifi keeps turning off. The only way to recover is to restart the PC. It happens very unexpectedly. Geekom does not have any tech support. Works well with my wireless keyboard and mouse and my monitor, although I used an HDMI cable I had after the one included didn't seem to work. It does work with my laptop. Very nice computer!

Computer worked great, except if would not hook up to my CenturyLink router. No matter what anyone tried. Apparently their chipset will not talk to a very few CenturyLink routers and I had one. It was great when hooked up to my phone. I was disappointed we couldn't get it to work, but to lazy to change routers. Tech support was great. The return was simple, and the refund was fast. I took a chance on this little desktop computer and I love it! I have had zero issues with it. The only thing funky about it is the flashing light since I work in dim lighting. Easy enough to cover that light and it's such a minimal thing, I don't care. I'm picky about my computers and I'm very happy I chose this little Geekom computer with 32G. I bought the Intel NUC based Geekom mini PC in Sept 2023. The Intel NUCs are high quality and very reliable, but they are a machine that can break none-the-less. Mine died on me and Geekom replaced it with a new unit. The service was very good (Thank you, Shirley!) and I am still loving my Geekom mini PC. I'd recommend buying this item if you need a new PC. I bought this to play with PyTorch on ROCm. It works but getting it there is a nightmare. The box has a RealTek nic which as of June 2024 doesn’t play well with Fedora 40. The machine has plenty of power. The drive they give you is not super. For what it is it’s fine. Minis Forum makes better boxes at higher quality, but you pay more.
